    @reliancejio @JioCare Do you have any proper customer care number. Since morning I m interacting with your bot service. my recharge shows pending despite payment. it's four hours now , no assistance from your team. I have sent many dm already . Pls respond

    @JioCare very regretted to say ur services are very poor shame on you improve this ..14 days ka ho ya 28 days ka days poore hone pr hi 12 am poora kriyega .very disappointing and stop ur warning calls before 4 days

    I have shifted my home from Chennai to Ernakulam, I have requested Jio fiber customer care for relocation of the service, but they told me to disconnect the current connection and I should pay for a new connection. Please help me! @reliancejio

    @JioCare Worst experience with JioFiber. Enginner for new connection never visited the premises for service ID 400129868542. Amount for plan of 6 moths is fully paid yet it's been 3 days and no action is taken even after several complaint to customer care. Thinking of cancelling.
