Even if the network is working, 12MB file is downloading like 12GB . This is the speed of your network. And your team is saying have patience. Ghatiya net

When 1st time i get this box i feel same isse no one help me.

Is your team unable to identify the issue, or lacking the skills to fix it? How much longer do customers have to wait for restoration when the same response of “4 hours” is repeated.
