When 1st time i get this box i feel same isse no one help me.

Even if the network is working, 12MB file is downloading like 12GB . This is the speed of your network. And your team is saying have patience. Ghatiya net

My WAN IP is in private range (10.x.x.x), so I'm behind CGNAT. It looks like IPv4 NAT is not working from your side. Please refresh my session or fix IPv4 connectivity.
