@JioCare @reliancejio i am using jio fiber from more then a 6 months day by day jio box is getting slow down and channels not come properly , tv lag so much , box get hang or we can say friez i dont get any solution . When 1st time i get this box i feel same isse no one help me.

@JioCare The customer service numbers don’t respond and when they do they ask for more details than bank verification. Things should not be automated so much that customer can’t even raise an issue. That’s not the point! #jiodown

@JioCare Thank you for your prompt reply but I really hope I get a more prompt response and someone can resolve this issue now. After 5G has been launched forget faster network, I barely have had any bars or connectivity and now total blackout!!!

@TRAI @reliancejio all contact nos listed on their website including 198 no for complaints dont allow us to talk to jio customer car executive for raising a complaint/issue. So what should a customer do if he wants to know procedure to convert prepaid no to postpaid? 😡
