    @AxisBankSupport you don't even have a toll free customer care number, we have to pay for the call despite having the unlimited call plan from @airtelindia or @JioCare and make us wait forever to talk to the support executive! Please look into this.

    He didn’t visit my house and didn’t even contact me on my registered number. This happened yesterday in the evening and hence no engineer has been appointed and my issue isn’t resolved. I have restricted access to the internet as my data has been exhausted @JioCare @reliancejio

    I wasn’t able to give my online exam yesterday and had to go to a friend’s house, all the office activities as well are halted. It shouldn’t take such a long time for such a reputed company to resolve customer issues. This is really disappointing. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare No one has contacted me to say what the problem is and why scheduled visits were cancelled and why internet is not working. If it really was on priority, someone would have at least addressed the issue instead of auto generated mails.
