@JioCare since last 2 months data service is very poor on my location I can't access even my mails I had tweeted regarding issue last month but there is no respond if there is no development regarding data speed I have to port out from jio .I had listened that vi service is good.

@JioCare yesterday I called your customer care to block my own number after it got lost and customer care did not know anything. when called 2nd time, someone helped. please train your customer care they are useless now

@JioCare It is installed, It was mentioned as the installation is free but the service guy who came for installation has charged me 200 rs. Even the sales guy is not bothering about it. It's the worst experience and i won't refer this to anyone.
