@JioCare since last 2 months data service is very poor on my location I can't access even my mails I had tweeted regarding issue last month but there is no respond if there is no development regarding data speed I have to port out from jio .I had listened that vi service is good.

@JioCare The Jio Mobile Network in Kendriya Vihar Paruthipattu is very poor and many subscribers are suffering due to poor network coverage. I had registered complaint to the Customer Service, but no actions have been initiated to improve the coverage. Please support 🙏

@JioCare @reliancejio you had, launched a phone in 2017 and promised that after using for 3 years you will pay back the base price of the phone. I have been using it since and now I want to claim my money back. I went to the local jio store but they could not help me. Please help

@JioCare @reliancejio For ur kind info, I have cancelled my subscription within 30 days free trail. I have also registered complaint more than 10 times to take the device back but u people ignored to pickup and now u blame the customer...what a service! Thanks @JioCare

Now @JioCare is saying the issue has got nothing to do with them but the other service providers. I have shared screenshot of response from @SonyLIV . They are saying the reverse. Basically I am being denied services even after paying for it.
