@JioCare Sir we are facing a big prblm in our area ...And jio customers r very disappointed wth the bad network in our area... Sir frm 2 weeks we r getting 0.2 kb/s speed net from the time 6 in the evng to midnight 3... Ppl ar advising me to switch to airlel bt won't. 🙏🏻 help

@JioCare Ample number of requests have been made. You just cannot change your policy. You just cannot give a choice to the customer whether he/she wants to be alerted about its plan expiry. I never opted to get such call alerts/message notifications.

@JioCare my area has been suffering from outage since yesterday, no one in the customer service is helpfull, they keep saying it will be resolved soon .. and also 2 of our subscription days are wasted aswell, and everyone in our building facing WFH related issues as well
