Service has been interrupted, but customer care says no technician is available for the next few days and my bill won't be adjusted for the downtime. We shouldn't be billed when the service isn't available.

My complaint (SR00003AQ95D) was closed without fixing the problem after the engineer asked me to share the OTP. This is unacceptable.
