@JioCare Sir we are facing a big prblm in our area ...And jio customers r very disappointed wth the bad network in our area... Sir frm 2 weeks we r getting 0.2 kb/s speed net from the time 6 in the evng to midnight 3... Ppl ar advising me to switch to airlel bt won't. 🙏🏻 help

@JioCare from past 3-4 months the net services has degraded below BSNL even my bsnl 3g works faster than your jio 4g. You guys are taking 600 and giving worst services. It doesn't give speed most of the time these days. I think i should port to other networks.

@reliancejio Sorry to say in Lucknow,Daliganj service of Jio is worst and poor. So much buffering is there it takes 10 minutes the things to load and cant enjoy smooth service. If in 4g it is condition what we expect in jio 5g,disappointed

@JioCare Help @TilotamaG. She is facing the the problem. Especially in these last days of filing. Atleast provide so called High Speed Internet that you guys blabber about all day and night. And try to better your network in Tier 2 Cities also.
