Sir frm 2 weeks we r getting 0.2 kb/s speed net frm the time 6 in the evening to midnight 3. Ppl r advising me 2 switch to airlel but I won't. Sir 🙏🏻 hlp

    @JioCare @Mehta_Manish25 @savvygupta I have a Jio Sim Card, i pay the bill as you pack but your network speed down 60 % of the day . Please do something, i am deprived of my service which you promised to give me @JioCare .

    @JioCare I replied by DM as you suggested but my issue was not resolved after the pass of 72 hours. This type of service is not acceptable from any reputed company. #shameful service #jiocare

    @JioCare Service number SR00003567UZ, I requested to close my Conenction of airfiber. Last month excutive told me i have already paid so i can use 1 month, I called 1 week ago, they asked me to call on 5th may. I called today they gave me Service number. Tomorrow is Bill generation, I will not be paying anything since i was paying for advance acc to your people?. this account needs to be closed by today. @TRAI @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare Very poor service by jio Service engineer visit was already scheduled after 3 days On the service date no engineer visited now they are asking to reschedule it by another 3 days So six days of no internet but full bill Ph no 6350049422 Please resolve
