    @JioCare Sir we r facing a big prblm in our area ..And jio customers r very disappointed wth the bad network in our area. Sir frm 2 weeks we r getting 0.2 kb/s speed net frm the time 6 in the evening to midnight 3. Ppl r advising me 2 switch to airlel but I won't. Sir 🙏🏻 hlp

    Paid ₹4,443.46 for JioFiber after being told service was available. 3 days later: no installation, no update, and no response. Taking payment was instant, support is missing. Wouldn’t recommend JioFiber based on this experience. #JioFiber @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Try to understand, what I'm saying, already your engineer visited me. But there was no tower nearby, so network is not coming. He told it will get cancelled and you get money refund by 24 hours. Now it's been 7 days. Please cancel and refund me.

    @JioCare Network coverage in my area is very weak and internet speed is poor. Many users are facing the same issue. I have land available and would be willing to provide space for a Jio tower installation if required.Please look into the network issue and let me know the process.

    Massive failure to deliver SIM card on time, I was forced to pay an emergency recharge with current service provider just to keep my mobile number active. take full responsibility for this delay and compensate these unnecessary, expenses caused by you @JioCare @reliancejio
