Now again they taken 7 days to resolve the issue Why are you thinking that a customer should pay to wait only but no resolution provided ?

He claims, the company doesn't provide ladder, its the consumer, who has to provide it. I asked to call his superior, he named, SONAL, and Sonal also told, we don't have any ladder.
