    @JioCare @Mehta_Manish25 @savvygupta I have a Jio Sim Card, i pay the bill as you pack but your network speed down 60 % of the day . Please do something, i am deprived of my service which you promised to give me @JioCare .

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFibre +91-1135598530 landline phone & lan not working since 11 AM today. Customer service people are prolonging on line chat & totally INSENSITIVE to customer problem. Jio service is not customer friendly. That chat person was insensitive

    @JioCare pathetic support and chat features. Takes ages to reach an agent, who joins and disconnects without listening to your issue. No option to raise a service request directly, helpline is a wrong number. Just keep going though options and wait for a sensible agent.

    @reliancejio @JioCare has got the slowest service in Jodhpur. Connection booked on 09-07 still not installed. Salesman Vicky sant is not answering calls and head Mukul is clueless about his staff. @Airtel_Presence can you help me get fiber?

    Fourth day in a row. Same time no internet. Technican visit was supposed to be 2 days back no one here yet. Router upgrade not done. I am tweeting from @reliancejio mobile data. Useless @tataplayfiber only takes money no internet. Guess time change my network soon.
