    @JioCare Sir we are facing a big prblm in our area ...And jio customers r very disappointed wth the bad network in our area... Sir frm 2 weeks we r getting 0.2 kb/s speed net from the time 6 in the evng to midnight 3... Ppl ar advising me to switch to airlel bt won't. 🙏🏻 help

    @JioCare @Mehta_Manish25 @savvygupta I have a Jio Sim Card, i pay the bill as you pack but your network speed down 60 % of the day . Please do something, i am deprived of my service which you promised to give me @JioCare .

    @reliancejio @JioCare I had taken a Jio Fiber Connection, now I want to terminate it due to worse services. Now Jio is not refunding my full amount which was 1500 given at taking the connection. What a kind of loot is going on

    @mashrujeet @JioCare i don't understand their network. the time IPL started, many complained of low speed but when i checked to find speed, it was 30Mbps, maximum i have seen till date. since then it is back to single digit usually and occassionally when it has mercy on me, it goes in double digit.

    I want my full refund as it was told that as I will surrender the connection, I will get the whole amount now @JioCare is telling to refund only 500. Why this type of betrayal with a customer.

    @JioMart @reliancejio it takes hrs to deposit cash post completing deliveries and the entire management of Reliance Smart, Siliguri, Salugarah, WB, is worst than the post office. Please look into this and tell them to stop manual registration immediately.
