@JioCare Sir we are facing a big prblm in our area ...And jio customers r very disappointed wth the bad network in our area... Sir frm 2 weeks we r getting 0.2 kb/s speed net from the time 6 in the evng to midnight 3... Ppl ar advising me to switch to airlel bt won't. 🙏🏻 help

@JioCare @Mehta_Manish25 @savvygupta I have a Jio Sim Card, i pay the bill as you pack but your network speed down 60 % of the day . Please do something, i am deprived of my service which you promised to give me @JioCare .

@Airtel_Presence , @jiocare You both are pathetic service providers. Your internet speed in Ashoka Enclave I Faridabad is pathetic. Even simple browsing is not possible on your network. Need to shift to other service provider like @vodafone. Pathetic service. Thugs

@JioCare Inspite of recharging JioFi number yesterday, I am still getting SMS and app notifications to recharge, otherwise services will expire. I called your customer care and there was no response even after 15 mins of wait. Please look into this horrible customer service.
