    @JioCare Sir we are facing a big prblm in our area ...And jio customers r very disappointed wth the bad network in our area... Sir frm 2 weeks we r getting 0.2 kb/s speed net from the time 6 in the evng to midnight 3... Ppl ar advising me to switch to airlel bt won't. 🙏🏻 help

    @JioCare @Mehta_Manish25 @savvygupta I have a Jio Sim Card, i pay the bill as you pack but your network speed down 60 % of the day . Please do something, i am deprived of my service which you promised to give me @JioCare .

    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare could you please let us know What’s wrong with your customer service? The numbers are not connecting/responding 1860 893 33 33, 198, 199 Last 1 week I have been pathetic network connectivity on my phone and wireless router !pls response ASAP.

    @reliancejio is an inane network company. It works contrary to its data policy. Data speed is very slow. We are unable to use 500 with one and a half GB data. 😡😡😡😡😡

    @reliancejio Very poor network in 4g in Banasthali, Rajasthan. Paying huge amount on plans to get attend online classes for my child. It seems that I should switch now.
