@JioCare Sir we are facing a big prblm in our area ...And jio customers r very disappointed wth the bad network in our area... Sir frm 2 weeks we r getting 0.2 kb/s speed net from the time 6 in the evng to midnight 3... Ppl ar advising me to switch to airlel bt won't. 🙏🏻 help

@JioCare yesterday I have share my phone no details, then I received call from 9339065880 saying from he is from jio customer care and ask me install team viewer. Trying transfer amount from my card. Please verify this person. Its narrow escape for me.

@JioCare i haven't received any pdf copy of the bill for the recharge done yesterday. On top of it the transaction id and amount mentioned on the email sent doesn't have my name. It says Dear customer. Try nd understand we have to reimburse these bills. Trans id TB00000JRL5S.

@JioCare Applied for Jio Fiber connection on 23.01.2021 vide order number NO0000G92GNZ but even after the lapsed of 5 days still not received the connection and there is no facility for customer care where we can lodge our complain. Kindly look into this matter and do the needful
