@JioCare Sir we are facing a big prblm in our area ...And jio customers r very disappointed wth the bad network in our area... Sir frm 2 weeks we r getting 0.2 kb/s speed net from the time 6 in the evng to midnight 3... Ppl ar advising me to switch to airlel bt won't. 🙏🏻 help

@JioCare You truly don’t understand how frustrating it is. I have borne your shoddy customer service for almost 48 hours now. Your standard response on calls is “ no engineer is available in the whole city of Mumbai to resolve the issue “ cannot bear it anymore.

@JioCare @reliancejio I have a jio phone at my home town at Vill Ramwapur, post pachperwa, Dist Balrampur, UP 271215, but unable to use it due to no connectivity. Hence i have stopped recharging it. Mobile tower is less than 3 km but of no use. Request help. Reminder 1

@JioCare @reliancejio My jio fiber no 01203672749 is not working gree light in modum, not able to open even mail on desktop. Stupid network. This is happening frequently why can't it be fixed permanently?

@reliancejio I am unsatisfied by your services, you are doing fraud with Customer, I was stuck with Jio, but now no more jio, i did big mistake that I left Airtel and Switch to Jio, You are charging extra amount every month,i will suggest to other, don't go with Worst Services

@reliancejio @ril_foundation No network in inside the home. What kind of biggest network is it?? I complain form last 1year but still no solution,, worst network ever. I am going to port my number in airtel. Airtel is far better than jio.
