@JioCare Sir we are facing a big prblm in our area ...And jio customers r very disappointed wth the bad network in our area... Sir frm 2 weeks we r getting 0.2 kb/s speed net from the time 6 in the evng to midnight 3... Ppl ar advising me to switch to airlel bt won't. 🙏🏻 help

@JioCare It's worst service I have ever seen. In case of issue with network one left with no option. Your app chat bot never respond and one unable to connect customer care. Last 2 days my network is not working and unable to contact your team.

@RelianceDigital, please ask your team to stop doing fake promises of pay xtra at the time of purchase and get service or repair free. My hous is nt get’n filtered water because of this and the complaint is ongoing since 1 month What a great service #reliancedigital #RelianceJio
