Anuragg🌧 (@a9raggg_) reported@JioCare I also tried the WhatsApp chat and the MyJio app, but there's no option to discontinue the connection or talk to an agent. My next recharge is due on 1st August, and I want to cancel the connection before that so I don't have to recharge for a service I won't be using.

Please today a service guy came and he saw the wiring has been destroyed and he said he will be back with wire and made my complaint on hold. He didnt arrive at all, I called him and he was saying today we have a meeting of all engineers, and he will be at my place by 3:30, he didnt arrive again and when i see in myjio app the complaint is now anymore shown and the guy doesnt even picks my phone now. They have no working habits or accountability. Only your vile team keep calling with useless messages without any resolution. Your service is a joke and substandard offering like all Jio operations. I have no hopes from your team at all, because you have gone totallly downhill with complaints. Zero responsibility Zero service Zero overall, shame on you.
