Some work is needed in tower house as the network gets worse when whether gets cold after evening. Stop blaming users foolishly. It is a village with max 200 users. Tower 500mtrs away.

When we camplain to customer care they tell us that it is temporary and remains for some days. If you @reliancejio cant provide better service in our area than shut down your network. Every time I contact support, a new ticket is created and then somehow gets “Closed/Resolved” without any solution.
