Some work is needed in tower house as the network gets worse when whether gets cold after evening. Stop blaming users foolishly. It is a village with max 200 users. Tower 500mtrs away.

If your man is not available its the Service agency's duty to inform Customer lest he waits endlessly. Asking time slot is just eyewash.
