    Paying premium prices for 5G only to get 2G speeds. @reliancejio takes our money instantly, but when the network crawls, it’s absolute silence. Yet, if my recharge expires for five minutes, they spam call my phone every few seconds like a loan shark.

    Fiber servic is down since afternoon. MyJio app is hopeless and there's no way to complain about this. Only info I got from your toll free number is a recorded voice saying that there is a network issue at my location. No further updates. Fix this @JioCare

    Everytime service is down you reinstate your reluctance to be available for customers For jio sim- fiber everything there's no customer points unlike airtel Day light robbery to say the least Where are we supposed to get solutions ? U hate facing people @reliancejio #jiodown

    Hello, I am experiencing internet issues on my JioFiber since morning, the wifi is connected, internet works for sometime and goes out automatically, the myjio app says no problems found but I am experiencing issues, please raise a service req asap @JioCare #jiofiber, check DM
