Though I reached to Jio CC but their awkward response was utter rubbish. They said this problem is not arising from their side.

The engineer with contact number +916361032819 visited my home on 8th May and he was trying to install the connection but it did not happened and he said there is no LOS signal and cannot complete the connection. So, he put it on hold.
