@JioCare @TRAI Since I made my last recharge 448, I am unable to make call to certain numbers with saying "this facility is not available on your no". Though I reached to Jio CC but their awkward response was utter rubbish. They said this problem is not arising from their side.

@JioCare we are facing lot of problem with jio network at the factory at jorehira, chhatna pin- 722137. Most of the time there is very weak network. Many people have jio sim along with other SIM due to this difficulty. Better network is expected from jio team. @reliancejio

Worthless service of customer care @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare . Past 1½ hr I am cant talk to any1 from customer service. only ivr I am hearing the complain number 198 is also under their control. Chat service is also disconnected stating agents are busy.
