    @JioCare I ported to Jio 2 years ago my number is 9461744018 earlier network was good but now since last 2 months,I am facing a lot of problems in running data and making calls before 2 months. The customer support executive team not help me . Very bad experience with jio network 😭😥

    @JioCare jio data and calling services very poor, I use jio 9461744018 Sim card before 2 years but now the services of jio data network is very poor ,

    Really frustrating experience with @reliancejio and @airtelindia Air Fibre. Cancelled Jio due to long delays, switched to Airtel—now facing even worse delays. Agents say no stock is available. Extremely disappointing service. We deserve better for what we are paying. @DoT_India

    @JioCare Internet is fluctuating from last 1 month, called 8 times in 15 days for reporting issue. troubleshooting done, technician visited, still problem not solved. Called today for disconnection,someone from the retention team listened to the entire issue and transferred2 ivr

    @TRAI My service provider is @reliancejio . I am a customer of their service since 2016. Unfortunately, even after contacting them and requesting to improve their service since 2016, their service is pathetic in our area with internet speeds comparable to 2G standards.

    @JioCare What is lead amount? How many days do you require to refund Rs. 1200+interest? Is @JioCare so poor that it needs more than a month to refund that amount? It may be smal l for you or anyone else but it is my hard earned money and every single rupee of it matters to me.

    @JioCare Dear Team, You have been apologising from day one and no resolution being provided. Now I am receiving message that installation will be done soon. But I have requested for cancellation and refund. I don't have any hope with your service any more.
