@JioCare If possible please contact Mr. Ranjit Jaha(JCM) mobile no.- +91825099670, who told me for this time they are "trying" to fix the connection and in future they will not take any responsibility as my connection is in "OUT OF SERVICE AREA" and the customer should also beaware off.

@JioCare An engineer visited my place around 5:30 pm and informed me that they are unable to fix the connection today and will try tomorrow.

@JioCare Sir this kind of customer service is not desirable from such a esteemed company like JIO, the jio store at Balurghat,West Bengal is ruining the brand name of JIO, which is associated with @_MukeshAmbani the officers and engineers posted here are doing what ever they feel like.

@JioCare Sir I am sorry to say that I am hearing this kind of commitment since 14.11.2021 but there is no resolution. Kindly spare some time and go through my attachment which is self explicit. The jio store at Balurghat is closing my request without solving my problem.

@JioCare it’s been 24 days since I have had Internet connectivity. I have lodged numerous complaints, most of which auto closed from back end without any service engineer attending. I have now requested for termination of my connection. Appellate is even worse. BSNL/Airtel better

@bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate There is no documentation accompanying the equipment, the equipment itself is of poor quality - compare this with @reliancejio - and you know why #bsnl is a failure. Cable was pulled across the road , so there will be many disruptions. (2/n)

@ViCustomerCare Dear vi both @JioCare and @airtelindia failed to fix network issues in my area even after many complaints. If you install a tower here, I guarantee at least 1000 people in our apartment will happily switch to Vi. Jio and Airtel are just not working anymore.
