    @JioCare Sir this kind of customer service is not desirable from such a esteemed company like JIO, the jio store at Balurghat,West Bengal is ruining the brand name of JIO, which is associated with @_MukeshAmbani the officers and engineers posted here are doing what ever they feel like.

    @JioCare But why Mr. Ranjit Jaha(JCM) Mob no.+91825099670 is asking me to surrender my connection and say JIO will take no further responsibility if my connection gets disconnected since it is out of service area, I never forced JIO to give me the connection and now I am the suffer

    @JioCare An engineer visited my place around 5:30 pm and informed me that they are unable to fix the connection today and will try tomorrow.

    @JioCare D engineer & d manager z threatening me tht if I don't recrg d othr connecton in advnc of my bldng they'll not pickup dvce. Wt kind of behavr is this from a company like Jio? Utterly disgusting. Hurting customer's sentiments. Does this cm under Jio's philosophy. @MukeshAmbanima

    @JioCare and they are saying "do what ever possible we will not solve your problem". Kindly contact Prasenjit Saha,Head of Balurghat division his contact no. is +918101483896. The customer service at Balurghat division is pathetic,kindly solve my problem, I am not getting any resolution.

    @JioCare If possible please contact Mr. Ranjit Jaha(JCM) mobile no.- +91825099670, who told me for this time they are "trying" to fix the connection and in future they will not take any responsibility as my connection is in "OUT OF SERVICE AREA" and the customer should also beaware off.

    @JioCare Sir I am sorry to say that I am hearing this kind of commitment since 14.11.2021 but there is no resolution. Kindly spare some time and go through my attachment which is self explicit. The jio store at Balurghat is closing my request without solving my problem.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Why ? Why ? I have already paid 2599. The plan should be renewed. If not one year.. Then atleast give my subscription back till my current one year Jio plan. I'll buy a new 2599 pack next year..so it would be a problem. 7001973549 is my Jio number.Plz help!

    @JioCare Thank you Dipesh for your understanding. I'll need an resolution soon. If an ISP is "not responding" for 5+days, It's already unreliable. If bill payment is delayed for a day, I'm sure it will be disconnected. Please implement same stable application for SR dept as well

    @JioCare I generated a UPC code on May 12, 2026, and completed the self-KYC process. The SIM card was delivered on May 18, 2026; however, it has not yet been activated on the Jio network. I have called customer care multiple Reference no : NO00015EFV6R

    Applied for JioFiber on 30 April and paid ₹2221.46. Application got cancelled instantly, refund promised within 10 days, but still no refund or clarity despite multiple calls & emails. Application No: NO0001D66ZNC. Really disappointed with Jio service.@jio_fiber @reliancejio
