    @JioCare No updates again—no call, no assistance from Jio today. The total turnaround time for this escalation has now reached 1 month and 2 days. This is, without a doubt, the worst service I’ve ever experienced. This clearly reflects negligence, repeated fake updates.

    @reliancejio @JioCare How many times I complainted that not signal in my area So I didn't recharge the customer care call means I told the issue and also reported so many times y you not provided such good internet in the place which is near to 5 km to town is it you good networ

    Really disappointed with @JioCare @reliancejio service. Promised 100 Mbps on Jio AirFiber, but currently not even getting 10 Kbps. Tried calling support, but only automated messages and calls get disconnected, no way to reach a real executive.

    @reliancejio , @JioCare has crossed the height of being the worst service provider. It’s been more than 3 days and what a customer gets is useless service . Don’t wish to continue with your service anymore.
