    Both airtel and jio very good network at my place...airtel network 2g with one stick and jio one stick with 4g. @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @JioCare please improve your network issues. Full network coverage but no internet. Happens every night after 9. And i don't care if there are many users in my area. Am not using your services for free . I am paying for it and i want full service.

    @JioCare What is this internet speed. I need internet for many thing in the evening but only at evening to almost 1 am , internet becomes so slow that it doesn't even work. Please fix this issue, Jio. Location is added. Or else I am switching to @airtelindia cc @reliancejio

    When 5g network started in odisha and this location ( Bhimpura, BALASORE,756003, odisha) very poor network last 2year again again I'm done with my complaint but no response!!!! Till now @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare since last 15 days, my callers are informing me that my mobile no is not getting connected due to "Wrong Number" announced by IVR (not always just for 3 to 4 sec) but your customer care team are unable to give any explanation on the same!

    @JioCare I did portability to Jio network from my Airtel number 3 days ago. I realised I am receiving all incoming call except Airtel network. I tried to call my own number from different network number, incoming call working from rest of the network. Kindly help.

    @JioCare Sir jio data service is very poor in our area.internet browsing page And YouTube are not open. this problem is 2019 of to Now.Sir we should pade our data balance. But why reliance Jio data service is very poor & bad service.Our pin -756046

    @_JioIndia @JioCare @reliancejio Jio taking money for 4G network service but actual internet speed is less than 2G. Complaining for two months but no solution.. #BSNL is better than #Jio .. BSNL sinternet speed is faster than Jio without getting 4G spectrum..

    Have been waiting for Jio fibre to come to my area. Only getting to listen about it coming. Can you please confirm if it's coming in near future unless I'll have to get something else. Because your Jio network is not usable for internet. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Why cant we have a broadband connection in a village in Bihar yet ? I was told to wait for 4-5 years to start "work from home" ! Pin-847222 I hope you guys get the cables laid down fast enough. Provide an estimate of time it will take for a proper broadband service

    @JioCare slow internet speed issue is not solved i had complained about this issue from last 1 year, every time your team just saying your issue will be solved. I am really annoyed and pissed By your services. I have to switch over to better service provider soon
