@JioCare It is been more than 24 hrs now. No response from support or any one from Jio fibre. This is plain cheating on context of providing OTT subscriptions and the subscriptions do not work for days. By the time Jio fixes this, the plan expires and we are asked to recharge

@JioCare @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia used to give 20 Mbps speed but there tower is under upgradation. So they are also giving less than 1Mbps now. But Jio never improved. Airtel is better in listening to customers. Jio is reluctant due to it's monopoly.
