    @reliancejio @JioCare I got call from your team today twice and they could not hear me but I could hear them. This is exactly the complaint I have . Number of times either I or other party can hear . Worst service given by #jio which should be noted by @TRAI and action taken

    @JioCare @JioCare Took payment for a JioFiber connection, failed to install it, marked it as "Activated", and withheld the refund. This is a clear case of deficient service. Immediate refund and compensation required, failing which I will pursue legal and consumer forum remedies.
