@JioCare Have followed this process 3 times in last 7 months, DMs and all. Even shared location (longs and lats) but you guys simply don’t do anything after that. The simple issue is that there is no Jio tower nearby which would improve the signal strength but you can won’t give a damn

@JioCare I have shared my location and you said to me “you won't have to call again” but no any improvement. You said that many pple use internet at same time. Then I want to say you that if you can't provide us proper good service then close your service, we have many choise 😠
