    @JioCare Sir your mobile network is too poor at my location. All people's of my village with jio simcard user are suffering from poor and unavailability of jio calling and jio browsing. I have contacted to ypur jio care persons so many times but they dont response. +91 7014545054

    Legend has it that @reliancejio has been "working to resolve" my network issue for 3 years now. Meanwhile, my speeds are stuck at a blazing 1-2 MBPS. Tower area - Varanga, Hebri Taluk, Udupi District, Karnataka - 574108

    @JioCare Pathetic support and zero accountability from @JioCare @reliancejio. Customers are left helpless with no escalation path, no technician visit, and no permanent fix despite repeated issues. Shame. #JioFiber #JioAirFiber

    Without any communications and not honouring the previous valid recharge cycle to end. Now you need to recharge with 3599/-. The change in policy will be communicated shortly, but before that they disconnected the signal? @JioCare

    @JioCare I have been getting this exact same response from your team for the past 6 months, but the issue has still not been resolved. This is completely unacceptable. I am continuously paying for a service that is practically unusable, with speeds dropping below 1 Mbps most of the time.
