    @DoT_India @reliancejio Still my issue hasn't resolved. Same network and Data speed problem in my location. No enhancement in network Only giving false assurance. Already 2 month passed. It will be my last request. Then all users of this location will portout from #Jio.

    @JioCare This is inform you to condition of jio network is worst in my area since 15 day I had called jio care but there is no development in network please resolve the issue or I have to move Airtel which is good in my area.

    @JioCare Jio promoted a GadgetLane coupon after my recharge, and I purchased the earbuds relying on Jio's recommendation. The product delivered on 30.07.2026 is completely defective and does not work at all. GadgetLane has failed to provide any effective customer support.

    @JioCare The technician has switched off his mobile and nobody seems to know why or where he is. My work has been indiscriminately disrupted because of this. I sincerely need help on this matter. 3 days of disruption is unacceptable.

    @JioCare I've waited patiently for 4 days but all I've received are identical copy-paste responses with no actual resolution. I've lost confidence in Jio's customer support. If this issue isn't resolved immediately with a definite timeline. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare i would like to appreciate your team who has done nothing to solve my fibre issue related to upload speed which i have been facing since Monday and today ur technician comes and replaces the router and doesn’t configures it leaving all my appliances disconnected

    I don't get a 5G signal even though my phone supports 5G. I only receive a 4G signal, so I don't get the unlimited 5G data and am limited to just 2 GB per day. It's really disappointing and frustrating. Please help me resolve this issue. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @jio_fiber @reliancejio @JioCare It's been 8 days continuously. What exactly is going on? How long can you keep blaming everything on a technical issue? This is completely unacceptable. What compensation will be provided for such a prolonged service disruption?

    I was told, “We don’t care if you’ve been a loyal customer for 6 years. Your area has adequate network.” If the network is so “adequate,” why can’t I even open YouTube or perform a simple Google search on 5G? Is this how Jio treats its customers? @JioCare
