    @jio_fiber @JioCare Learn from jio- How to be like a Pigeon who closes eyes when in front of a cat, thinking danger has gone!Everytime a complaint is raised online,after 3-4 days, without actually resolving, they mark complaint as resolved or cancelled automatically w/o any act.

    Just check when was the first engineer visit assigned and when did he come and when was the issue reported and when was the complaint forwarded and resolution being made. It was all only delay @reliancejio @Jio

    Dear @JioCare No Internet for 5 days now and no human available to explain. All automated services. Mr. Sachin Mishra not taking calls like always. No reply to DM’s. Deactivating Service. It’s been a nightmare.

    Dear Jio Team, Jio fiber service disruption is became a routine it seems and that too on weekend. No immediate support. Whenever it happens, it takes half a day to one full day for restoration. Very disappointed 😞 @JioCare
