Prashant Mishra (@prashmisra26) reported@JioCare I requested for the jio fiber on 13 of January in morning and after formalities I got a msg for evening 5.30 vist. But no one is there so I called customer care they said till 9.30 your time slot is 8 pm to 9.30 pm but no one is came there.

Shahnawaz Ahmed (@QNSTravels) reported@JioCare Jio Fibre is proving to b even worse than BSNL. Jio fibre snapped on 4 Jan due to snow n despite repeated complaints issue not resolved.. Atleast with copper wiring we cud fix d connection ourselves but wid fibre the wait must go on...
