    @JioCare @reliancejio Just to do e-sim change the customer service and the gallery not helping. Answer we get is v don’t look into corporate SIM cards. No one ready to help. Bad service. No value for customer. 😡Pathetic Service. Just troubling the customer by not giving solution

    @JioCare Still your engineer not allocate from last 2 days my tv is not working and instead of resolving issue on priority you just replying that team will ressolve issue. If you are not able to support customer let us know. Very poor service

    Pathetic service @JioCare. Your engineer comes to investigate why Jio Fibre is down. He says the cable is at fault and needs to be purchased! Why should I purchase the cable? It is not my fault the cable you use has faults or is of poor quality. Very poor.

    @reliancejio is the worst internet service, provider. It’s definitely not the service that I can rely on. In my locality, the 4G speed is worse than the 3G internet speed. Kindly look into it. Otherwise, I will have to switch to @airtelindia.

    @JioCare hi i have port my no on 23.10.2022 now it's 27.10.2022 my previous service provider (bsnl) has cleared the process of porting still no sim activation from jio side.
