    Now a day's why the @reliancejio @JioCare doesn't provide the proper service.? Here's at my location very slow network speed. I was lots time contact to care but they are unable to solve the issue?

    @reliancejio i had following with your JioFiber team for my security deposit refund from last two months but I'm not getting any solution from them it's reall frustrating and pathetic service by jio fiber just looting customers money. I want my money back

    @JioCare Having a lot of network issue. Whenever I call a non-jio number there is no ring sound & when the other person picks up the call, there is no voice. Then I have to disconnect the call & dial again then its all good. So basically I have call every non-jio person twice.

    @JioCare Worst service jio, recharged on 10th from from jio app with PayTm wallet. money got deducted but phone not recharged. No refund from PayTm. @JioCare @Paytmcare seems both got corona and they are dead now.

    Stop using Jio postpaid connection as they will charge you for service you are not applied for. And if you not make the payment your number will be disconnected.@JioCare

    @JioCare I have observed a peculiar problem. I get good WIFI speed on my mobile, but poor speed on my Laptop only for Jio Fiber. BSNL I get good speeds on laptop & mobile for same laptop. Is there any WIFI setting such as DNS or any other setting to get good speed via WIFI.

    @JioCare If you and your team can't resolve my issue by EOD, please refund my money. I have already requested disconnect from airtel. In that case i need to cancel my disconnect request.
