    Now a day's why the @reliancejio @JioCare doesn't provide the proper service.? Here's at my location very slow network speed. I was lots time contact to care but they are unable to solve the issue?

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have been using jio for a long time and my experience is good. But, from last week I am facing issues with internet. So,I called up CC,they told me it’ll take 6months until then I can’t use internet, this is not acceptable when I paid for the service.

    @reliancejio it is absolutely ridiculous that if you choose a wrong plan of jio fiber by mistake, you will hang the customer for it. More pathetic your service agent has clear refused to transfer to supervisor...it like 'Go to Hell' if you hv done a mistake...what an attitude....
