    🥲Very poor while using @reliancejio network in my village...spoked to @JioCare over the last 4 years .but they tell one thing"Sir working on progress on your area .will be cleared next 90-120 or 180 days so please wait ".and complained nearby jio care centres regarding that .

    Cancelled my jio fiber free trial connection almost a month ago amd haven’t received my refund amount. Talked to customer care and every day the same thing it wi get credited. @reliancejio request to speed up the refund process. And also please what is taking so long to refund.

    Reliance talks about giving the fastest 4G speed and talks about a better customer support but it is not going to call them in their career and the Internet is not going to be at all.@reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I haven't got my refund even after quitting Jio fiber connection. It has been more than 14 days. I was told by customer care representative to wait for 1 day via mail but still I haven't got any response even after 3 days. Please help me regarding this issue.

    @JioCare Even after my repeated reminders on twitter, jio has not done anything to resolve my issue and the network is still pathetic on my number, I would request everyone here to port out frm jio,thr technical support is the worst of all, it's due to overwhelming response from consumers
