    @reliancejio you are more slow than tortoise. In our village your network is too much poor. We believed you so that we recharge again and again. But no chance. I can't study online from youtube specially at night because of poor network connection. Please do something.🙏🙏

    @JioCare I was promised it will be done in 24 hours. Now cancel the process in case its taking too long and make the refund. Will opt for some other service provider who is quick and prompt

    @ACTFibernet Every month there will always be atleast 2-3 days your network don't works. Really hoping for @airtelindia or @JioCare services in my location.

    I made a call 5 to 6 times with customer service everytime they just say the aame thing and after asking the reason they can't specifically say the problem and cut the phone. Also contact with appellate authority but get the same reply @reliancejio @JioCare @MoIB_Official
