    2) As per customer care executive he is not able to see the payment status which I can see on jio app. Also as per him this is a case of false transaction where app has been updated with payment by mistake. So msg sent by jio and their app is fake? @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio a worst experience of 4g internet here in BHU TRAUMA centre Varanasi. Network is 3/5 bars and speed is only 100kbps. I am here since last 14 days and facing same problem since 1st day.
