  More than 24 hr is passed jio fiber internet is not working. So does jio customer care is not picking call or service engineer continuously ignoring calls. Pathetic service. I want my refund. @JioCare who dsnt care at all

  In summer powercut happens frequently & most of the time we couldn't use 5g properly and many works done online and it creates many problems for us. I think the tower isn't getting any power supply from the DG after powercut. Please solve this problem asap.@JioCare @reliancejio

  @JioCare has a funny way of handling complaints. First they make it utterly impossible to raise a service request. But when you are finally able to raise the request their backend team will close it without resolving it. And then the whole cycle starts again. Pathetic.

  @JioCare @reliancejio ...I claimed an offer on myjio app which clearly stated that by paying ₹707, I would receive 2 months of broadband service of 30Mbps,Before proceeding, I also confirmed your customer care to verify the offer, same confirmed but Still benefits not recieved

  No service for a full week on my @reliancejio SIM. Got bounced between useless customer care and store staff with zero answers. Unacceptable. Fix my connection today and explain what went wrong! @JioCare #jio
