    @JioCare since after installation jio fiber connection is not working and service engineer also didnot demonstrate the product correctly. As connection is of free trial, he insist us to cancel the subscription as he donot want to spend time and analyse the issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio ... Shame on you... I am still waiting from last 9 month for jio fiber connection....useless jio office and useless service... Alwar city(Rajasthan) till now dont proper jio fiber connection.Front of my home 400m away a society had jio fiber.Why don't us?

    @JioCare @tusharhote Jio also have bloody network. I have drop around 10 mail on jio care and reported issue via jio app but no response. I am receiving 2 kbps Internet speed. #sameonjio #worstinterent My number validity expire on 30th april. I am not gonna recharge the mobile.

    @Airtel_Presence Listen guys.. I am not in mood to use JIO @JioCare . Kindly fix my problem as soon as possible. I don’t feel like leaving AIRTEL. I will be helpless to leave AIRTEL if problem persists.

    @JioCare Recently i have PortIN to Jio Postpaid plus but when i trying to login into MyJio OTP not coming. Also i have logged in to @DisneyPlusHS with same number and they asking me to purchase 1 year subscription while you promised that you are giving it free.

    @JioCare Please don’t send your standard crap DMs about restarting router. There’s just a red light blinking. This is a persistent issue that happens every month & if you can’t fix it, get it disconnected and refund the security. @JioCare

    @DoT_India Thank you so much for helping me. @JioCare is looted me from last 2 months I was following up. I didn't not use the internet due speed issue I raises complaint on 10 Jan post cancellation the account they charged 400rs and not providing the calculation on what basis charged.

    @JioCare So do you expect me to go on finding favorable locations and then do my work from those locations? I am observing this issue since last 4-5 days. Due to this issue, I have done a recharge for 20 days only. In case there is no visible improvement, I will port to other provider.
