    @JioCare What should a customer do when nither the so called helpline number nor your ground team responds to you call? Is JIO just practicing of taking the payment well in advanced forgetting to do installation?

    @JioCare @tusharhote Jio also have bloody network. I have drop around 10 mail on jio care and reported issue via jio app but no response. I am receiving 2 kbps Internet speed. #sameonjio #worstinterent My number validity expire on 30th april. I am not gonna recharge the mobile.

    @JioCare Please don’t send your standard crap DMs about restarting router. There’s just a red light blinking. This is a persistent issue that happens every month & if you can’t fix it, get it disconnected and refund the security. @JioCare

    @JioCare Recently i have PortIN to Jio Postpaid plus but when i trying to login into MyJio OTP not coming. Also i have logged in to @DisneyPlusHS with same number and they asking me to purchase 1 year subscription while you promised that you are giving it free.

    @kalyanbzr I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare
