    @JioCare since after installation jio fiber connection is not working and service engineer also didnot demonstrate the product correctly. As connection is of free trial, he insist us to cancel the subscription as he donot want to spend time and analyse the issue.

    @JioCare @tusharhote Jio also have bloody network. I have drop around 10 mail on jio care and reported issue via jio app but no response. I am receiving 2 kbps Internet speed. #sameonjio #worstinterent My number validity expire on 30th april. I am not gonna recharge the mobile.

I am leaving JIO on 26th January.

    @JioFiberChennai @reliancejio After my calls or reminder my Service request not resolve and closed engineer end again and again. And I'm continued reopen from last five day that my jio fiber no 1443551652 not connect due to cable break. My service request no is SR0000164OOC

    @JioCare Recently i have PortIN to Jio Postpaid plus but when i trying to login into MyJio OTP not coming. Also i have logged in to @DisneyPlusHS with same number and they asking me to purchase 1 year subscription while you promised that you are giving it free.

    @JioCare Please don’t send your standard crap DMs about restarting router. There’s just a red light blinking. This is a persistent issue that happens every month & if you can’t fix it, get it disconnected and refund the security. @JioCare

    @Airtel_Presence Listen guys.. I am not in mood to use JIO @JioCare . Kindly fix my problem as soon as possible. I don’t feel like leaving AIRTEL. I will be helpless to leave AIRTEL if problem persists.

    @JioCare I am not getting any correct information from your side, I have been hearing since 2 years that work is going on in your area but nothing is happening. No sim has worse internet than Jio, your service is absolutely useless.

    @JioCare @reliancejio it seems, jio has stopped providing internet services in Vasai - Virar for the last 3 to 4 days . Internet speed is as slow that the one can not send message on WhatsApp.
