    @reliancejio @Google Jio net is too slow. Complaining since 4 month. I am frustrated by jio net. 4 day before I recharged for 3 months. But still slow internet. Due to this,I am using hotspot of other person. #slowjionet in congested area. #jiosim refund my money. Or else make my net fast.

    @JioCare @sskushw I've 5G Handset right now, But in Tamil Nadu, Vellore 5G network is not available

    @JioCare Whenever I call any Airtel number, I can hear only beep sounds in the place of normal ring sounds. This is not acceptable at all. Please fix it ASAP.

    @reliancejio doing a brilliant job that they want everyone recharge data pack but if we ask that why internet speed is very slow, they replied everyone surfing the internet. Ofcourse everyone wants internet, that's what they recharging data pack. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio is the worst network when it comes to speed..... Leave aside online gaming, features like what'sapp and Instagram also don't work efficiently on this network...... #jio

    @JioCare So according to you if someone recharged to the wrong number then he should forget about his money and he has to recharge again for his actual number!! I don't understand what kind of service is this?have you not recieved a single similar complaints since jio launch.

    @JioCare @JioCare it's almost since March staring I am following up with my refund and have never seen such a worst stupid service of not providing refunds even after competing 80+ days & always sending we are looking & no idiots in jio has time to see this issue & provide refund

    @JioCare very unfortunate that Jio has charged me Rs. 2599 and providing benefit of Rs. 2399. It is a clear loot of Rs. 200 in the name of terms & conditions by Hotstar. Never expected such fraud from JIO. SR0000195FWJ.

    @reliancejio Your outsourced customer care executive has abused ( in hindi ) and threatened a senior citizen who happens to have called because of jio fiber connectivity issues. Please get back to me on this thread. Call recording with jio executive is saved.

    @reliancejio We live in the era where planing for providing WiFi on the airplane on the air but @reliancejio can’t provide at the land . But city has Jio coverage but my area didn’t cs always telling provid service into phases hearing since oct21 the local service provider miss using @JioCare
