jio is showing ipl for free And airtel is having trouble watching IPL even after recharging for 299 a month. dear airtel make 4G instead of 5G so that no customer has any problem in our area from 8pm to 10pm internet service is like shutdown @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @JioCare

I had booked jio fiber 15-20 days back and paid the amount vide order id NO0000K0RND5. Service engineer has not installed till date. And the persons who visited does not know how to install. This is worst kind of service. Plz refund the amount @reliancejio

@JioCare it’s been around a week now since I applied for jio fiber connection but there hasn’t been any progress on it. I was hoping for a quick turnaround as it was jio but I guess the customer service is not as prompt as one would wish from @reliancejio and that too in Mumbai.

@JioCare SR000018GVV5 is closed without resolution. Support opened new ticket SR000018HC30 with another 24hrs TAT. Now I get an SMS that visit will be scheduled after 3 days. This is hindering our work from home and online schools participation. Jio support is pretty much useless
