    Dear @reliancejio team, We are heading towards the 5G spectrum, but even the 4G doesn't work properly. I'm unable to access the Internet and Call in the Mumbai local train. Would be really helpful if you fix it.

    @vodafone @reliancejio @TRAI now it's become daily on regular basis, call drop, call not getting connected, calling party or ourselves can't hear eachother voice. Isn't there solution to this monopoly harrasment by these telecom Mafia/ goons.

    @JioCare I WILL RECHARGE WHEN I WANT ...ITS MY CONSTITUTION RIGHT ....BUT WHY I LISTEN UR STUPID RINGTONE DAILY....WHY?I don't want any reminder facilities WHY u r forcing me ??????

    @JioCare I completely understand but that's the challenge which you guys need to work upon. Millions of people commute on a daily basis, and find it really frustrating when the Internet/Call doesn't work well. Please work upon it.

    Ughh @JioCare will never improve, either shows 'Mobile network not available' or call gets disconnected within half a second you click on calling, basically never gets connected! This is literally standing on the edge of balcony,do I have to jump out for network now! @reliancejio

    @JioCare We use jio that's u harassing us...?????so I don't want this jio who don't have value of customer time.....who want money before three days of due date..who are beggers who demand money in every morning.....if u want this keep it in option why u do its mandatory

    @JioCare Raised complaint yesterday eve. Care said engineer will visit in morning. In morning they said noon, in noon said evening. Called customer care again, they said that request was closed. Engineer will visit tomorrow. Till when? Request no. SR00001BZWG8

    Mr Shailendra blocks my number. Doesn't pick up calls. Lies to me about calling me back. And i still have no clue when the activation will be completed. This is after having paid on Thursday. The product's quality is irrelevant if your customer service is so terrible @JioCare

    @JioCare How long should a customer wait to complete cancellation process and get refund? Pickup gets auto rescheduled without user request but being stated 'as per my request ' Pls clarify publicly as I'm sure many would be crying for this now! Worst service I never hoped for!

    @JioCare @reliancejio Please resolve my complain or I am going to port my no tomorrow into Airtel. jio is deceiving their customers as network and data speed problem is going on everyday. Cost increases 1.5 times in 2 years and service quality is poor.
