    @JioCare Jiofi speed is very slow in Immadihalli (Whitefield), infact sometimes no signal at all, between approx 8pm to 11pm. I'm working from home for night shifts, and such internet issues are creating lot of mess. Please fix this asap. @reliancejio @jio

    @JioCare Those appreciate Jio services, must have some relative working at Jio otherwise for common public it's just horrible, any service provider have facility to speak to customer service, Jio has no such facilities, Any problem, you keep on suffering

    @reliancejio Even after getting investments from @Mubadala, @Facebook, @silverlakemov @KKRiders etc of about 87,655 cr in a week your calls quality is getting worst day by day. I think you should maintain the quality atleast comparable to @Airtel_Presence.

    @KUMAR_RAJENDERS @JioCare @narendramodi @rsprasad Abe dhakkan, India has cheapest data and voice service..change connection if you are not happy..yaad karo 6 to 7 years back when our phone bill used to be in excess of 1000 per month now 500 mein 3 months..

    @JioCare it's impossible to raise a ticket with your advisor. Keeps treating customer like an idiot. Tries to tell me I don't know how to use the internet instead of raising a complaint. Then goes on mute and stops responding! @TRAI

    @JioCare I am trying to understand if my existing setup is good enough to suffice 250Mbps speed plan , when I was offered a connection it was single band and I was told max speed will be 100Mbps. I am not getting any support, pls help.

    @JioCare I got my jiofibre connection yesterday installed around 2pm. It worked for 15 mins nd is yet to work again. No engineer yet. I'm waiting, called so many times. This is the support you promise to your customers. Waiting for more than 24+ hours. Help?

    @Airtel_Presence I know it will be resolved but this is regular. I've incurred cost for no service for months now. What will @airtelindia do about that? Can this be resolved too? Else the only recourse I have is to change my connection to @JioCare

    @JioCare 14 hours into the the complain still no response from the team.Instead the sales guy. Yash Tiwari came, without checking told me the router was a problem and i can take another box and close the earlier subscription. Frauding customers here.@JioCare
