I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. Is it compulsory for a new customer to recharge for โน240 after completing the MNP process to activate the sim?

(please note that the signal strengths are not good at indoors).

I escalated to Senior Manager and he assured it will be fixed today by 12 PM. Not sure what kind of SLA you have and when issue will be fixed?

Than he go to check main box then disappeared. No status, no ETA, not come back to says what is exact problem. Your service is getting worst day by day.
