I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. Is it compulsory for a new customer to recharge for ₹240 after completing the MNP process to activate the sim?

Your own team admitted the antenna needs relocation, yet nothing has been done. Raised complaints on 31 July (SR00003D31QJ & SR00003CSFV5), assured resolution in 24 hours. On 3 August, both were marked "CLOSED" without any actual fix — feels like a straight-up scam. Legal notice already sent. Later he said he’d come again, but now he’s not answering my calls. My work is being affected because of this. Worst service!
