But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. Between Jio Fiber's terrible service and shoddy engineering maintenance, this is the last month I'm using Jio; I'm switching to Airtel Fiber next.
