Your representative told me to wait for 25 days to get a refund or recharge through myjio app.

I escalated to Senior Manager and he assured it will be fixed today by 12 PM. Not sure what kind of SLA you have and when issue will be fixed?

Still after 3 mnths of disconnection, they have not refunded my settlement as it was a post paid connection and refund is due for approx 25 days. There are 30+ emails with no solsn.

So pathetic when you call customer care number it gives automated reply saying Experiencing temporary network congestion in your area and disconnects the call without connecting to support.
