None of your people had a clue what to fix when I couldn’t dial out any toll free numbers. Never experienced this level of poor customer service at airtel or Vodafone ever! Truly disgusting!

It is so bad that I am not even able to use WhatsApp and can make calls etc. Ok. There is no problem in calling but internet speed is very slow @JioCare @reliancejio

Phone keeps switching to 4G and I have to toggle Airplane Mode repeatedly just to get 5G back. Daily data gets exhausted in half a day. Why sell 5G plans if reliable 5G service isn’t available?
