    @JioCare your customer care people dnt know anything about services & your engineer only committed to visit site from morning, then stopped taking our call. Please remember we are paying for your service. Should we wait for some intelligent to support us or cancel the connection.

    Had an issue with my @reliancejio connection. Logged a complaint last night and today by 11am, the issue was fixed. The support engineers were knowledgeable and very meticulous. Very well done and credit where it is due.

    @JioCare I called customer care before I get this msg, she promised me that the device will be picked up tomorrow before afternoon- is she luring are you? You guys are playing games with customers, no coordination between your own teams. Only false promises and robotic answers. Jokers

    1 @JioCare @reliancejio @elitaEPOA is one of big society in South bangalore with 1573 apartments. We are trying to bring #JioBroadband in our campus as per our OA terms but your local team is unable to take decisions. We discussed 2-3 times in last 10 months but no solution. 1/2

    @JioCare Everytime I have to ask about the status of my complaints and request, no one bothers to serve the customer @jiocare you make your policy to help customers or help yourself and to cover your ****. Do you want a customer to wait in vacated place untill your executive comes?

    @JioCare Team, scammers are booking new jio sims. Had not applied for any new sim. Please investigate and close this sim. Your Jio Number 9880960967 is now ready for tele-verification. Had never applied for one ! Your customer care as ever not reachable.

    @JioCare Had told this in the first tweet/DM itself as to how I can go during lockdown n customer area is congested in service center. All other features of Google asst are working, except calling. It's not a device problem. Some issue in software/update. Call me to understand the problem

    @JioCare Tired of following up for Jio fibre refund, since November 12,2020. You are claiming to provide free Jio fibre internet for a month, and full refund on cancellation within a month. But this seems just not true in my case. Please provide support..

    @JioCare So I guess there is no solution and no follow up either. We're more than 150 gamers who r facing similar problem in Jiofibre. People it's time to switch to airtel or tatasky. They are offering similar rates with much better ping. @airtelindia please let us know your offers.

    @JioCare And the worst service provider is Jio. My enginner visit for my jio fiber related issue which I have registered complaint for on 5 Jan had been shifted twice and now they are saying that the engineer will visit on 9 Jan. That's outrageous. BSNL provide sol faster.
