    Complaint Booked @reliancejio three Times They take the Booking, Just because of 200 Mt additional wiring they are cancelling. @JioCare . This is not done. I am a Loyal Customer of Jio , Using all Jio Sims in Ofc and Home. NO0000LTTZ7U , Kindly Look into the matter ASAP

    @reliancejio using jio fiber from past 1year with plan 999 as it says few OTT free with prime but.. Now jio is telling to buy prime .. Don't know for what reason!! Called customer care but they said will call back.. Am stil waiting for resolution

    @reliancejio Hubli fibre net service is the worst. It's been 2days i have generated a service compliant that my line has got disconnected due to the thunder storm on Thursday. But no one has come to check. The toll free numbers don't know what to do if the engineer don't respond

    @KausikPaul1 @JioCare @JioMart_Support Yes i concur,but on Laptops too it's not going beyond 350 MBPS. My issue is if they can't provide the said speeds, no point promising the same,support guys came & reset the system to defaults,that endeavour was not useful,had to change passwords again & reconnect all my devices.

    @JioCare the Jio fiber set top box audio disconnects frequently. We have plug the hdmic cable out and in to get back the audio. It we also changed the cable, issue is with the box. Jio service chat has no resolution

    This Jio service is truly bad worst ever in Sulla road Hubli K'taka tottaly bad signal and downloading speed is nil. you must take action to improve signal and network quality.coz I'm paid customer and free customer.i made several times complaint on this issue @JioCare
