    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup My Jio fibre connection is not working and yesterday evening I raised a service request but till time no response. I called helpline they are only rescheduling the visit. SR000019B0XP & SR000019C2OU More than 48hrs no resolution.

    @JioCare @JioCare this is very pathetic copy pasting same template & not processing customer need earlier you guys asked money for picking device & rescheduled the pick up of device 15 times & now post submitting device my self at jio care it's already a month & have not recived refund

    @JioCare No use. My view stands. This hanging Junction box can’t be resolved without physical visit. Without moving in inch from the seat all SRs are closed saying - resolved, couldn’t come due to technical issue, rescheduled, didn’t get access to the premises. I’m sure some more coming..

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I tried porting my number 7558861466 from @reliancejio to Airtel. Now i am getting signal in the airtel sim, the airtel agent write me activation OTP in a paper but i lost it . They given their number as alternative number. So i am unable to receive

    @JioCare your guys sent a message for feedback and I have reported the same issue to improve indoor signal strength in the Bangalore city proper and you guys can’t even do that, I don’t see any reason why not to port for other connection for a better services and connection!

    (2/2) @JioCare do you kw this app doesn’t truely connect faster as it’s mentioned?? And it’s UI design is very poor! And the jio apps which are given as free subscription with call plans are like “unwanted children of jio” u never update them! Badly disappointed 😓

    @JioCare Thank you for clarifying atleast it's a security deposit .. as per yesterday call it was denied.. still my 1 month free joining offer is been on air.. I have been fooled @ACTFibernet loved your service regret why I switched..

    @JioCare As per the customer care no deposit was collected , then this creates how come 3 month offer collect 4536.54 ₹, such a lie in all the steps where is my 1 month joining offer , how come a prepaid be considered as post paid , I have paid the deposit amount .

Track location as per application number generated (Screenshot shared in DM) 3. Check store CCTV, if it's a Store or roadside CCTV if it's roadside stall.

    @Airtel_Presence Such pathetic service i never expected from airtel! Had to get New Sim for my number(chargeble) due to last being unhealthy. Now as i inserted new, no network. Old and new both got OFF! What am I supposed to do! @JioCare @ViCustomerCare Look at your competition!

    @JioCare @TRAI @TRAI_OHD 4. Grab the hardcopy of the application paper, filled by the applicant, including signature 5. Check all the documents submitted during application submission. Now, if you find anything suspicious, then you all know where to inform. Please let me know if you need more help 🙏
