I called helpline they are only rescheduling the visit. SR000019B0XP & SR000019C2OU More than 48hrs no resolution.

Without moving in inch from the seat all SRs are closed saying - resolved, couldn’t come due to technical issue, rescheduled, didn’t get access to the premises. I’m sure some more coming..
