@reliancejio I am using JioFiber srvc at my home. When I made a request for relocation, 100m far from the prsnt add, I am told that srvce not avlble in the area. Interestingly I can get a new conn at new add by paying 1k for installation. Is this what customer can expect from JIO

@JioCare For first call of the day, for last 4-5 days of plan validity, information is played without connecting the call. If the other party doesn't pick, again the same information plays.! Jio doesn't care if people need to connect in urgent/emergency.
