My Jio fi number was terminated as I did not recharge for three months. But it let me recharge under Jio fi. Now on the app, it said invalid number.. but the customer care guy told me the name of the person who owns this number. Breach of customer data and privacy. #reliancejio

Yesterday I took Jiofiber connection & few min. after the installation guy went out.The connection stopped working & >24hrs over but no support frm sales or service guy. Now Customer support agents says someone will come to repair it on 2nd Jan....what a speedy service @JioCare

I am using the S20FE 5G in Mumbai. Interestingly Airtel shows 5G signal in most of the areas but Jio doesn't. My friends with One Plus devices are receiving 5G signals in the same area as of mine. Any idea if that's a issue specifically with samsung ? @geekyranjit @reliancejio
