    @JioCare Whoever is handling these issues must understand the number of complaints I have raised in this thread. I will be left with no option but to approach TRAI for this menace. If I feel this is not tackled properly then the only option left with me is to approach Bombay high court

    @JIOFIBER8 @JioCare I have raised relocate jio fiber request multiple times but it got rejected due to different reasons like image not clear, wrong doc etc ..i have uploaded aadhar cards pdf during the process.h How pdf became blur?caseCO0000JDCBR8 help me to resolve.

    Telecom operator like @VodafoneIN and @reliancejio network reception is very pathetic in Ghansoli and even after raising so many complaint over one year still shameless people did not solve it. They conveniently say we don't have plan to upgrade network in your area.

    @reliancejio?My area doesn't support JioFibre Connection. Its been more than 2 years and My sector has still not got Jio Fibre. When I try to contact Jio they say "they dont have connected in your area". What im supposed to do? @JioCare. My neighbour sectors have it since 3years

    @magical_chirag @impattuthakkar @JioCare We had this problem in Europe before, an Apple software update won’t fix the issue. Jio is trying to buy time to get software updates for all their modems, whilst furiously installing new ones at an insane pace. Basically they don’t have enough engineers, hence the hiring spree

    This is very shameful @reliancejio is not able to provide customer services @JioCare. My jio app is failed to solve issue and not customer support from on this number 18008969999. Internet notworking issue frequency is increased day by day. @jagograhakjago need support asap

    @JioCare AirFiber service is absolutely useless. Continuous network issues frequent disconnections and no proper support. Complaints are raised repeatedly, but the issue is never attended to or resolved. Customers deserve better service than generic responses and false assurances
