    @JioCare sorry to say but I have experienced worst customer service response from jio team. Service request registered on 9th July, 2 times engineer close request with out visit, again register a request SR00001C3O3L. If anyone can help, this is 2nd time I was forced to tweet.

    @JioCare Hats off to the service from Jio👏. Yesterday I lost my mobile in bangalore. I tried to get duplicate sim.I roamed all over jio store and reliance degital. All stating the same thing as sim belongs to tamilnadu state we don'T have Stock Here.should I go to tamilnadu now?

    @JioCare i have network problem in my aeria within 10 days , so i have more problem for work in applications ex. ,banking application , school application etc. ,my banking transactions are sowing fail and pending because of your slow network . My aeria Palanpur Madhupura

    @JioCare has to be the most desperate service provider in existence. I still have 3 whole days to recharge my existing pack, yet you choose to remind me before EVERY single phone call!? If my pack is over, it is ME who is going to suffer, but I'll eventually recharge it. 1/2

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your services are very poor i m facing the router issue from 29th june but no is helping me out, they scheduling rescheduling but no technical engineer is visiting i want my compensation as well note my complaint if its not gonna noted i will surely going to go legally #JioFiber

    @JioCare @TheMukeshAmbani Jio fibre is not working at all.we are doing WFH and i have been told that I need to wait till 2 pm for Engineer visit.why can't engineer visit by 9am and resolve the issue. whether jio will pay 1 day salary.Resolve my complaint no SR00001C5HVZ by 9 Am.

    @reliancejio @JioCare your chatboat for support is not at all useful. I have paid my bill twice last month but it is not adjusted in this month bill and I have got some due amount. Please see.
