    @JioCare @reliancejio Your network quality has become extremely disappointing. A True 5G plan is meaningless when the connection struggles to deliver even basic internet speeds and Unlimited True 5G is not working. This is affecting many users, not just me.

    Hey @JioCare my Jio AirFiber has been showing a red blinking light since morning and there's no internet at all. This is unacceptable. Please fix it ASAP.

    @TRAI Yes, even on jio 5g @reliancejio @JioCare it takes ages to load a single video even after multiple complaints they closed the service requests without resolution

    Pathetic service from @JioCare. My #JioFiber has been down since yesterday, and despite raising a complaint and making repeated follow-ups, no technician has visited and no proper update has been provided. This is completely unacceptable for a paid service.

    Continuous breakdown of my @JioCare @RelianceJio Fiber connection with ZERO resolution! SR00003BAV9N logged on July 15 & re-raised July 19. Total inaction from support. Send a technician TODAY and compensate with a prepaid validity extension for downtime lost! @reliancejio
