    @JioCare Your network internet is very very poor. Not working at all. Sometimes working at negligible speed. Are you down today? OR This is your gradual degradation for cheating the users ? *and yes, please don't ask for DM. Better you check it with complaints history.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jiofiber stop scamming customers. Once new customer buys packs, you guys stop taking calls. No help. False promises. Absolutely horrible customer service. Provide the details of the senior officer so i can raise complaint

    @JioCare Update 2: Engineer you assigned called for replacement of Main Jio Fiber Router where as the problem is with Jio Extender . Your Service staff named Ankush has denied the replacement of extender saying it is working fine. Pls guide where to bang my head if you cant solve it.
