    @JioCare Dear Jio, The Jio Fiber is still not working. Internet connectivity is lost since yesterday and our work has been stalled due to this. You committed 4 hours but its over 16 hours! Kindly look into this

    @JioCare Your team says I can activate my old number through Preferred Number Booking, but when I try on your website it clearly shows the number is unavailable. This is contradictory information. Please check the actual status of the number and provide a proper resolution.

    @JioCare why so much week network all Day I am suffering from long time wtf service even 500 meter redios off jio Tower. Coustomer is God but for Jio customer is helpless and options less Moron. No calls or feedback call from Jio Care why? I am paying for 5G unlimited service
