  I recharged with the Rs. 349 truly 5G unlimited plan, but I only got 2GB of data..Even with a full 5G network I'm not getting access to unlimited data. What kind of fraud is this? Fix this immediately or I will have to raise a complaint with the consumer forum! 😡📉 @JioCare

  @JioCare Dear @JioCare, Please don't ask me to continue this over DM. I already know how that process goes. It always ends with the same scripted questions and requests for videos, screenshots, and proofs, followed by "Your complaint has been registered and will be resolved soon." But nothing actually changes. I've gone through this process many times. I don't have the time to repeat it anymore. Thank you.

  @JioCare Bhavana, I appreciate your reply. Atleast from your side dealing backend or support team should put fix timeline rather than leaving open timeline that is causing never ending refund issue. This is not complex issue but with no benchmark set it become who cares issue

  @reliancejio towers in gondegaon and dumri - Nagpur are not functional so no air fibre connectivity since last night. Issue is not resolved yet.
