    Hi @JioCare, @reliancejio I recharged โ‚น707 for a 60-day 30 Mbps offer on the โ‚น599 plan. I returned the OTT set-top box. If I switch to the โ‚น399 plan (โ‚น470 with GST) 30 Mbps, will the 60-day validity remain and will the โ‚น237 difference be adjusted? Please help

    @JioCare If u read the chain of tweets, u would certainly knw that all of u are just saying service downbut nobody cares to solve this permanently given the issue has been recurring everyday. The service has been resumed now but the problem is that it's every day service down about 6hr
