    @ViCustomerCare Your network is so bad that I can't even talk to the person who calls me from your company to resolve my problem. Worst Telecom Co. Don't compare your network with @reliancejio and @airtelindia They are far better than your Maha faltu Service.

    @reliancejio disappointed with Jio Fibre. I have placed repeater in my place as range of wifi is not covering my bedroom. I face repeated disconnection, slow speed with connected through repeater. On discusssion with Jio engineer, they updated that Jio has updated some firmware.

    @JioCare transferred my esim to my spouse phone successfully..now when trying to transfer to a new device I'm not getting the new esim number by sms..called cust care but they are clueless & keep pointing me to the user guide..please help cancel the open req so I can reinitiate

    @reliancejio We are experiencing horrible service across channels - sales to service to removal of the devices. Our order no CO0000AZJLIL was to be executed on the 11th instant at 9 AM. We’re still waiting for any revert. Thank God, it was only a trial!

    @reliancejio Your network is there according to you. But according to us network is not in a proper state. Vodafone network working better than you. Since u r charging more..we need service as per our worth.

    @JioCare Received the message”Our Jio service engineer is scheduled to visit your premises on 19-03-2021 : 09:45:00 for UNINSTALLATION of your JioFiber connection along with Set top box. Your Order number is CO0000AZJLIL.” Its 12.40 and we are still waiting. Horrible!

    Mr Shailendra blocks my number. Doesn't pick up calls. Lies to me about calling me back. And i still have no clue when the activation will be completed. This is after having paid on Thursday. The product's quality is irrelevant if your customer service is so terrible @JioCare

    @JioCare How long should a customer wait to complete cancellation process and get refund? Pickup gets auto rescheduled without user request but being stated 'as per my request ' Pls clarify publicly as I'm sure many would be crying for this now! Worst service I never hoped for!

    @JioCare @reliancejio Please resolve my complain or I am going to port my no tomorrow into Airtel. jio is deceiving their customers as network and data speed problem is going on everyday. Cost increases 1.5 times in 2 years and service quality is poor.
