    Hey @JioCare,I am unable to use the internet as both 4G and 5G services are extremely slow, taking 30-40 seconds just to load a video. Your chatbot says it will take 10-15 days to resolve, which is unacceptable as I have paid for the full recharge. Please fix this immediately 1/2

    @JioCare Very low internet speed and no 5G coverage. We are paying for 5G packs but getting poor service. This is frustrating and unacceptable. Fix the network immediately. @JioCare @reliancejio

    1/2 @JioCare @jio_fiber I have recently paid off my dues of jio fiber postpaid and also add some amount in my account but service is still suspended . your customer support said the account is permanently suspended then how it can accept extra money then dues
