Everytime I am getting the response, "Our backend team is working on it, we have raise your issue on high priority (which is high since 1 April 23,) and u will get the resolution/refund in 3-5 days)." When will I get @JioCare, atleast reply yaar. @_MukeshAmbani @AnantAmbani_

Hi @airtelindia , a day over due payment you send messages threatening that the service will be disconnected. But your service is down since two days. Should I respond to your threat with a bigger threat of discontinuation of your service & get @reliancejio instead?
