    @JioCare @reliancejio My service request number is SR0000133Y03. Internet speed issue in my location since 4 years. But your team says that at same time many users uses the internet. But this is not true and if it’s true then what are you doing? Why you don’t take it seriously?

    @reliancejio @JioCare JioFiber Router having Sr No. RSTOTLF00133438 for Service ID 299425445142 has a service request.. But jio peoples are so sick that they are compelling the customer to go foe other networks. Need urgent service of jiofibre. Learn from @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare Hi team, i am fed up with your internet service. I came to my hometown gaya because of covid i thought I can work here easley but i was wrong. Today I recharged with 251 and not able to open a single page. Pathetic service i have ever experienced with JIO.

    @VootSupport I have a @JioCare STB running a plan of 150mbps that has voot select as a free service. However when I try to watch any select content, I get a nag screen asking me to subscribe. I'm logged in with my registered jio fiber mobile number. help?

    @reliancejio @JioCare Some sections of MyJio app is not working.. Example- my plan, vouchers Also it takes lot of time to to update data in the app.
