    @JioCare I have been facing issues with internet connectivity since last 2-3 days. every time I call the customer care they lie and say "in 24 hours a technician will come and solve the problem". All customer executives are lying.

    @reliancejio #jioassam what a pathetic service you offered for jio fiber!!! Is your business motto to somehow trap the customer by means of collecting money & after that no service!!! Is it your business ethics?? NO0000HLG0TP is my order no. but till now no installation happened.

    @JioCare fix the routing issue in Valorant . Facing 80 + ping in Mumbai server and 100 + in Singapore. I just recently shifted from local ISP to Jio and this is what I am getting . Fix it or I need to shift to some other brand .

    @JioCare @reliancejio Would someone be bothered to respond? Or the only way out is to throw the connection out of the window? Been terrible and even a web page won't open. How do you manage to provide fake statistics even on @Speedtest

    @JioCare You find that the coverage is good in my area, but I think you have checked network at BTS but in my home or nearby network is very poor.

    @JioCare I have recharged my Jio prepaid sim with Rs. 401 plan . But when I log in to @DisneyPlusHS , I did not get vip subscription. Please help me.

    @reliancejio One executive says there is shortage of engineers. Ambani has so much money why can't they hire more engineers. Is it such a big problem so solve? Just need to fix a internet wire at home. Do you guys need scientist to solve such minor issues? Absolute Sarkari. 😡
