@JioCare i am sorry to say that the network in jio sim is not very good. I am in delhi right now after that i have been facing this issue. When there is a network also i can hear the voice of other person on phone but he can't hear my voice. A year ago i had made a complaint.🤐

Possibly the worst service and customer care amongst cell providers in the Gurgaon, Haryana is @JioCare . Looks like hunting for connectivity is like participating in a scavenger hunt. @reliancejio @JioNews

@JioCare Since Jio cannot provide service in my home, Jio has initiated cancellation+refund. Jio person came 18 days ago and collected all devices from our home (SR No:778691453835). Shared bank details for refund with him. 15 days ago,DMed the account details to Jio rep. No refund yet.
