@r3dash @t3mporarybl1p Definitely not countries like India are ready yet. To convert from physical sim to e-sim or vice versa, we need to go to network store. Not all network providers in India are not providing online support for sim type change. for @reliancejio e-sim we still need to go to store.

@JioCare No internet connection since 09 Sep, raised a complaint without any resolution till now. Called Customer care several times. Received message that service engineer will reach at 1 Pm, but after 1 pm received message as 5 pm, and after 5pm received message as 13 th 1pm.
