    @reliancejio @JioCare I got call from your team today twice and they could not hear me but I could hear them. This is exactly the complaint I have . Number of times either I or other party can hear . Worst service given by #jio which should be noted by @TRAI and action taken

    @reliancejio @JioCare pity your network not working at delhi airport. I was at gate 50 and no Internet no whatapp. Please do something urgently. Airtel is forcing u out by your laziness . Same goes to your connectivity in US. I bought the US Card. Money total waste

    @JioCare Hello Syed, for your kind information I am currently living in gurugram sector -33 , if you are not able to provide best service in NCR location then how will believe on jio for rural area. Very bad service by jio from last 3 weeks. No solution only getting messages.

    Jio wifi call not working on any iphone on IOS 16, I even downloaded IOS 16.5 Beta 2 which is available only for selected users but still not able to do wifi calling. This issue is with Jio as it was working fine earlier @reliancejio @Apple, finally switching to Airtel.

    @JioCare @Akash_Ambani continuously facing issues with very poor and unstable connections of Jio fiber at my home in Gurgaon. Either the team is not competent or they are doing time pass. Pls resolve or i have no option but 2 shift to other service provider. Unacceptable service.

    @Airtel_Presence Thanks so much. The broadband has been fixed by Vishnupal ... he is a very dedicated engineer with @Airtel_Presence. However mobile network is very very bad. It's been over one month and nothing is being done. I have already migrated 2 Airtel mobile connections to @reliancejio

    Took a corporate connection on 25 Feb 2026, cancelled on 26 Feb after paying for 3 months. Still no refund despite continuous follow-ups—only “issue escalated” responses. Very disappointing service. Request immediate refund. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare We contacted customer care multiple times — first they said 1 hour, then 24 hours, and now they keep saying “it will be resolved shortly.” We even visited the Jio Store, but they redirected us back to customer care. No one is taking responsibility.

    @JioCare Sudhanshu, refer with your team, I have mentioned multiple times IVR is disconnecting the calls on this number. 2ndly i never received any call from your side, so stop mentioning in dm that you tried to contact. 3rd installation was done in Feb 25, recharge was in Apr 25

    @JioCare This is the most pathetic service provider I have seen. Time to change the provider since no one at Jio cares to help!!!
