    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    The worst fibre services which I ever experienced is @reliancejio @jio_fiber @JioCare they are not able to fix a wire cut case from last 2 days. Every time I raise a request there engineering doesn't come on time. No solution on there helpline number also.

    @JioCare Since 8th June, I have raised multiple tickets requesting an engineer visit, but no one has come to fix the issue yet. This delay is unacceptable.

    It has been 03 days since my Jio Fibre is not working. I have also registered a complaint regarding this. However, instead of visiting my home and looking for the solution, your team keeps rescheduling the visit for the last three days. My bill meter is still running. @JioCare
