    I have a network issue with jio network, i have tried many times to reach customer support but they were not able to solve my issue till now. Now i am planning to port my jio number to other better service provider.... @reliancejio @JioCare

    @Airtel_Presence @JChaudhari2 Airtel is abslotely worst in providing network ! I live approx 800m far form airtel tower still i have been forced to port my more than 10yr old @airtel number to @reliancejio even though they don't provide compared services !

    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    @JioCare Raised complaint yesterday eve. Care said engineer will visit in morning. In morning they said noon, in noon said evening. Called customer care again, they said that request was closed. Engineer will visit tomorrow. Till when? Request no. SR00001BZWG8

    Mr Shailendra blocks my number. Doesn't pick up calls. Lies to me about calling me back. And i still have no clue when the activation will be completed. This is after having paid on Thursday. The product's quality is irrelevant if your customer service is so terrible @JioCare

    @JioCare How long should a customer wait to complete cancellation process and get refund? Pickup gets auto rescheduled without user request but being stated 'as per my request ' Pls clarify publicly as I'm sure many would be crying for this now! Worst service I never hoped for!

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup I did not recharge my jio no in last 3 months for bad network coverage , today i got a call saying my no will be discontinued frm tomorrow and will be given to a new customer. what a blackmailing business policy jio adopting shame ,diappointed

    @JioCare @reliancejio Please resolve my complain or I am going to port my no tomorrow into Airtel. jio is deceiving their customers as network and data speed problem is going on everyday. Cost increases 1.5 times in 2 years and service quality is poor.
