    @reliancejio I was trying to connect to Jio Customer care from last two days but didn't find any way on Jio app, I was being answered by bot for few prefilled questions. I made a yearly recharge in advance which had Hotstar pack including,but it's not working now

    @reliancejio I am in gurgaon ,i have a valid 395 recharge plan but no invitation by jio ,no receive 5g network,ios 16.2 updated in my 13 pro max Even my neighbor received 5g network or invitation @JioTrue5G if not possible then everyone should Switch to @airtelindia

    @JioCare Hello Syed, for your kind information I am currently living in gurugram sector -33 , if you are not able to provide best service in NCR location then how will believe on jio for rural area. Very bad service by jio from last 3 weeks. No solution only getting messages.

    @JioCare @Akash_Ambani continuously facing issues with very poor and unstable connections of Jio fiber at my home in Gurgaon. Either the team is not competent or they are doing time pass. Pls resolve or i have no option but 2 shift to other service provider. Unacceptable service.

    @JioCare Your relocation feature in the app is not working and ur field team is blankly refusing to help and stating jio does not relocate we need to cancel the connection and reapply for a new one

    @JioCare Hi, Help means resolving the issue on time and only by statement nothing is going to happen....As a discontinued internet service denting my day to day work so it must me resolved on priority otherwise no sense to continue with Jio Fibre. Kindly let me know timeline.

    @JioCare @JioCare the installation has not been done for the number 9444584145. You have to give the advance Rs.1000. We did not cancel any subscription or have any bank statement. I have sent the Rs.1000 transaction id

    @JioCare This time please update the same service no. Provide reason for yet another delay and provide the timeline. No other service has taken so long to refund for service that they haven’t even installed in all this while. Pathetic experience. Won’t help building a customer base
