    @JioCare Brother i am telling you it doesnt matter if the engineer is coming or not , your automated *** isnt getting the point that the engineers cant help me with this only the network backend people can.

    @JioCare After 2 days of follow-ups and random excuses, you’ve lost a customer. No engineer contact on the app, no way to track visits, and customer care has zero clarity.

    Internet down since 12:15 PM — second outage in 2 days. Engineer fixed it yesterday, but issue is back again. Unable to register complaint via call or WhatsApp. Need immediate resolution. @JioCare #JioFiber #CustomerSupport
