    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service for connection, Sold as “unlimited” but internet stopped after 1000GB. Recharged ₹706 today, activated next month cycle. Even 100 Rs data booster delayed. No customer care response for 6 hours. Worst experience. #JioFiber

    @JioCare Thank you. For some reason since the set-top box has not been issued, I do not get a means to track the service request. Can you please suggest how to do that? Or share a snapshot of what you see at your end?

    Recently I m trying to get Jio Airfiber, but service of Jio is so worst. Since 4 days, no one is responding . Neither able to toll-free number and neither technician receiving the call. @reliancejio @JioCare I will suggest all to not use jio Airfiber. You will suffer lot

    @Sandeep82633799 @JioCare Welcome to the worst customer care support ever. You will be put on loop and also forget about refund. They will not give. I have 8200 rs where they are saying they cannot refund. Nor provide me service which i have paid for
