@JioCare @reliancejio Now a days something totally wrong with jio. Customer care service getting worst. I raised complain no. MR000133OR3E but they are not updating on system and when ever I call customer care after sometime they cut the call. Hoping for resolution.

@reliancejio Pathetic service at my hometown Pantnagar Uttarakhand. If you don't know how to give good service then you should't give it at all. My jio fiber plan is expiring on 9th August. And you are taking my service request on 11th August. No given compensation for validity.
