    Why is it so difficult to unsubscribe to any service you guys provide? @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup I DON'T want to go for auto renewal of Amazon prime service. Currently I'm having jio postpaid plan, with which I am provided subscription to hotstar, Netflix and prime.

    @reliancejio Stop defrauding your customers through fake promises and plans . I have lodged a complaint 5 days ago about the fraud but nothing has been done from your side . Isn’t it sad that company is making money by selling fake plans and promises!!!

    @reliancejio problem of call drop in Mumbai city is increasing day by day, even after having full network, calls cannot be made. I am not even getting calls. I am currently in Mumbai.

    @JioCare @JioCare any update to the above? i am still waiting for justification on charging extra and try to mislead customer by saying it is mandatory to enrol for Jio Prime? How soon the connection would be activated?

    @JioCare I have been trying to use jio network but there is no 4G services, the speed is 2G/3G for about a fortnight. My complaints are falling in deaf ears. My ni. is 8917345359, alternative 8895587727 Lohit Satpathy

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberChandigarh Is your "service" limited only to pocketing the money for Jio Fiber? No sign of installation even after 5 days, repeated phone calls and false promises.
