    @JKgrievance sir Requesting your good self to take up our concern of poor signal quality by Jio service providers in our area. Despite repeated requests they ( Jio) failed to provide the better facilities of connectivity. @KupwaraCops @shahfaesal @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare No network for 2 days and complaint still unresolved. Request put on hold without visiting my home. Executive asked me to take society permission for wire routing or close connection. Is this customer's responsibility or Jio's? Very disappointing support.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi Now I am in Jiribam Manipur 795116 and In this location Jio 4G,5G net speed is very slow 14-50 kb. please Improve this If you can't Improve Internet speed in 2 days then I will Port my in other Mobile Service provider.

    @JioCare @reliancejio only in automated messages claiming the issue will be resolved within 4 hours, yet no actual solution has been provided till now. Customers pay for reliable service, not repeated false assurances. Kindly resolve this issue urgently and improve customer

    “I used a Jio SIM before, but I didn’t recharge it for a long time because I shifted from India to Dubai. I was still able to use GPay, but suddenly the network disappeared and now it says the number is invalid I’m unable to recharge or use the SIM. Please help fix this @JioCare
