    @OnSpectra it's been 18 hrs and the Internet is still down. When jio was down for a few hours they had compensated their users. How are you going to compensate me for this? Resolution time is 6pm today (apparently). Almost 22 hrs no Internet.

    When working from home if @OnSpectra internet service becomes such a moving target it’s real harassment for the customer.

    @thenidhii @OnSpectra Its useless ISP.. they have no standards for their customer orientation. You kept your point now change the ISP, if no other ISP available in your area.. change area.

    @OnSpectra hi, You have discontinued your services in the area Pimple Saudagar, Pune - 411027 since dated 15th May 2021. That time, I had paid for my half yearly plan from Feb'2021 to Sept'2021. It was told that we will get refund for unused service. I had raise an issue ...1/2

    @OnSpectra horrible after service from your bangalore team . Requesting to solve the issue past 1day still they are not able to solve . Disappointing .
