    Folks in Delhi NCR - what's a broadband / leased line service that actually works? We have been with @OnSpectra for some time - but now the service has become beyond pathetic despite the high price & @OnSpectraCare doesn't listen. Today's episode may be hit due to no internet :(

    @OnSpectra Your fibre service sucks! You have billed me even for downtimes. My account id 230210. Fed-up and Disconnecting now with your services. SR open since 30 Jan 2023.

    @OnSpectra I have already requested for disconnection of services with you guys. I have also denied for change in ownership. I just want my services to be cancelled. I can’t keep responding to 100s of your calls. Can you cancel my services for gods sake.

    @OnSpectra @onspectra It’s been more than 2 years but the story continues. Only mails, new tickets and then the auto closure of the tickets. But refund of security deposit - never!
