    @OnSpectra I have initiated the cancellation of the account due to pethatic service and still getting advance bill.. even after 15 days the no action taken... Can someone connect me to the Senior Management of Spectranet?It is a real pain for the customers!!

    @OnSpectra @uditm With all due respect and being a customer for almost a decade, recent problems from and by Spectra have been always DISCONNECTING INDIA. Not sure, if are trying to speculate things.

    @OnSpectra Your email helpdesk is not working at all. Being asked to be patient for 7 months without any resolution. Any other way to approach you? Regarding refund of deposit

    @OnSpectra @Anujshukla611 @OnSpectra Please try to service existing customers. A simple refund request, user have to follow up for more than 3 weeks with no TAT.
