Frequent interruptions or network downs have become so common these days. This has been happening since last many weeks and al we see is CRM message of mass outage in my area!

Rahul Dev Basak (@RahulDevBasak1) reported@balli_singh516 @OnSpectra It's a practice from Spectra where they close request without customer confirmation. They put the call on hold never bother. Floor supervisor Avdesh doesn't know the phonetics and working in Support. Better move to ACT
