    @OnSpectra My connection disconnected on 25th Jan 2022. My deposit yet to be refunded despite numerous followup. Customer service at its worst. Looks like there is no intention to refund.

    As i already paid for your top up for 80 mbps atleast provide me 40mbos na so that i can do my office work bcz of @Settl_living @OnSpectra @SpectraLife_Inc your worst services I am not suppose to do my office work. As i am in sells department company will mange 1day not everyday.

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectra really poor service....link down since two days and no site visit. Your team is not responsive at all and engineers don't visit at all ...SR22053423987
