    @OnSpectra my office Internet isn’t working for a few days. Your app runs closes while troubleshooting, CC no doesn’t help. Wrote an email but no response. This isn’t the first time, it happens almost every month. I’m paying 24k annually. Pls sort this out.

    @OnSpectra when willl the internet get restored in the green park area? 24 hours and no engineer visit or work towards resolution? Support centre keeps giving an ETA that keeps moving forward. No other fibre provider is down in the area till now after yesterday's storm.

    @OnSpectra @onspectra It’s been more than 2 years but the story continues. Only mails, new tickets and then the auto closure of the tickets. But refund of security deposit - never!
