@OnSpectra #MakeLifeHorrible Anyone planning to switch to this provider here's a warning.. They make you pay up in advance and take forever for installation. They don't pick or return your calls. You need to keep running behind them for updates. Customer service is negative

  • PiyushPathneja PP (@PiyushPathneja) reported

@OnSpectra -- you truly have a team of incompetent, call center/ query resolver. People are clueless how to expedite simple issue. There are parallel chain of actions one chasing north, while other south. And customer is getting both messages, truly indicates, no processes exist

@OnSpectra Hi I will like to bring you kind attention that i am facing frequent disconnection issue since almost a year now. Everytime I raise a complaint I am told to change the router. This router was provided bt spectra net. I have been chasing on emails but no response

Hey @OnSpectra really horrible service. Internet not restored even after the scheduled time provided by you. Your helpline person keeps giving false assurance that it’ll be fixed soon. Happens every single time. This is just exceptionally bad

@OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare Terrible, terrible service. The link has been down since late evening, but you appear to be in no hurry to restore

  • arupda0 Arupda0 (@arupda0) reported

@OnSpectra As expected you are concerned whether my current problem is resolved or not. You want to settle that thro private messages. Yes problem is attended everyday but at the cost of my 8-10 working hours average. No action to prevent recurring failure

Shifting connection within the same neighbourhood in bangalore has taken more than 7 days and still no one is able to help. Come on @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare our lives and livelihoods depend on Internet connections. Make this happen ASAP.

  • PiyushPathneja PP (@PiyushPathneja) reported

@OnSpectra more thn 30 hours for a simple request, followed by 6 calls to call center. Still no sight of resolution. While in same time other networks like @airtelindia takes less than 2 hours to resolve. customer centericity is not important for @OnSpectra , please choose wisely
