    @OnSpectra @Anujshukla611 @OnSpectra Please try to service existing customers. A simple refund request, user have to follow up for more than 3 weeks with no TAT.

    @OnSpectra I have initiated the cancellation of the account due to pethatic service and still getting advance bill.. even after 15 days the no action taken... Can someone connect me to the Senior Management of Spectranet?It is a real pain for the customers!!

    Seems like we are still living in 90's. Trying to search for a faster broadband service in my area (PIN 281006). But there's none :/ C'mon it's not in middle of a Jungle.. @airtelindia @reliancejio @OnSpectra

    @OnSpectraCare Please dont keep responding a template. I have had enough from you without any solution. If the issue is not solved and the new bill is not generated by tomorrow morning, I will be switching to a new service. Enquired ACT broadband & they do have a good service @OnSpectra

    @OnSpectra it has been quite pathetic to see broadband going down for almost full day for 5 continuous days now. With people working from home, internet has become necessary but you do not seem to be bothered about providing it uninterrupted. Please close business you can't fix.

    @OnSpectra Kindly expand your network to Almora, i would happily shift to a private ISP with a better service.
