    @OnSpectra when willl the internet get restored in the green park area? 24 hours and no engineer visit or work towards resolution? Support centre keeps giving an ETA that keeps moving forward. No other fibre provider is down in the area till now after yesterday's storm.

    @OnSpectra Internet not working. Your technician marks complaint resolved without even visiting. Either resolve it or I am switching to some other better service provider

    @OnSpectra our fortinet devices adapter is not working from 25/3 and as on today we have not got a replaced adapter .Your team is still searching for it . This is the silliest reason we have heard from any service provider. Our local service provider give better services than you

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare can you please give me the latest on SR# SR22023317459 raised for connectivity issues? I have called your support multiple times but as always they are useless in providing any information. The expected resolution time has already passed.

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra Promoting yourself to be the robust internet line doesn’t help. When the users are not even informed about the mass outage which occurred 2 hours back. Raised the ticket only to find my concern will be resolved max by 1 pm tomorrow.

    @OnSpectra @uditm discontinued service aft 7+yr of association wth Spectra as customer. Following to get security amt(4k) refund frm last 4 mth. It shd be automated & smooth process for customer as they claim service exp. Bt they dont value customer & believe to cheat not retain.

    I want @airtelindia to either solve the problem or publically acknowledge that they cannot provide the similar services as @reliancejio and @OnSpectra I am tired of having to call the technicians or Airtel customer care just for them to come and switch on and off the router.
