  @OnSpectra - help numebr doesn't conenct. Entire society facing connectivity issues..pathetic, should have switched to Jio. Account profile also changed to someone else's, looks like your entire service is down in Gurgaon?

  @OnSpectra -I am frustated with the kind of customer service I am getting from your team. They are not able to resolve simple billing issue and I spoke to more then 50+ ppl in last two months and more than 12 SR being created. Even corporate team is not able to help. 😡😡😡😡
