    @OnSpectra frequent internet outages in Gurgaon and unable to log a ticket through self help app as well. Been in a queue to speak with customer service rep for more than 5 mins. Not sure what kind of service we are paying for?!

    Folks in Delhi NCR - what's a broadband / leased line service that actually works? We have been with @OnSpectra for some time - but now the service has become beyond pathetic despite the high price & @OnSpectraCare doesn't listen. Today's episode may be hit due to no internet :(

    Then i got mail that i am not suppose to use my personal wifi nd you are using @OnSpectra @life_spectra wifi they are providing worst wifi services you property manger told me yesterday ma'am please top up your plan so i paid for that yesterday i paid for 80mbps.

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra can you please have the basic decency of addressing a customer issue who is been frustrated with your support for last 2 years. Your only department that works efficiently is pending payment reminder. Such a disappointment. #Gurgaon #spectra

    @OnSpectra @onspectra It’s been more than 2 years but the story continues. Only mails, new tickets and then the auto closure of the tickets. But refund of security deposit - never!
