    When working from home if @OnSpectra internet service becomes such a moving target it’s real harassment for the customer.

    Hi @OnSpectra @Spectre_net I have been raising solution request that my internet is down since 1pm IST today with complaint no - SR23043831986 and SR23033807547 and the issue has not been resolved in 7.5 hours and original estimated time was 4 hours #internetdown

    @OnSpectra SR 22073488140. Struggling past 4 days with ur customer service & support teams. I work from home & hence had taken premium plan for it. Internet is down past 4 days & every time the estimated resolution time extended by 6 hrs as it nears the given time. 1/2

    @OnSpectra when willl the internet get restored in the green park area? 24 hours and no engineer visit or work towards resolution? Support centre keeps giving an ETA that keeps moving forward. No other fibre provider is down in the area till now after yesterday's storm.

    @OnSpectra The most worst wifi connection I have experienced is Spectra...never go for it...too slow...no proper customer care...just a complete rubbish

    @thenidhii @OnSpectra Its useless ISP.. they have no standards for their customer orientation. You kept your point now change the ISP, if no other ISP available in your area.. change area.

    @OnSpectra why your internet have always issue in bangalore ?.Every day needs to call spectra customer care .This type of service is not excepted. Simply cheating .

    @OnSpectra @WBAlliance @uditm You need to fix your service my inrmternet has not been working for 2 days and the service requests I raise keep getting closed saying that is issue is fixed it is causing a lot of inconvenience the new SR has the resolution time for tomorrow. This is utterly disappointing.
