    @OnSpectraCare What a poor customer service and arrogance. You have suspended my internet and asking me to pay though I have not used. All am asking is adjust bill so that I will be pay. You don't seem to be interested. Bye bye @OnSpectra. Am fed up. So moving to a different service provider.

    @OnSpectra - help numebr doesn't conenct. Entire society facing connectivity issues..pathetic, should have switched to Jio. Account profile also changed to someone else's, looks like your entire service is down in Gurgaon?

    Dear @OnSpectra. Can you please let me know what the hell is happening with my connection. I purchased a connection 2 weeks ago and since then the goes down once a day for 4-5 hours. This is insane as we have paid you guys one year amount. Please let me know if we can solve it.

    @OnSpectra I am trying to reactivate my connection Customer ID - 206783 but I am asked to pay due. I have not used the connection. Mine is prepaid. Can there be due for pre-paid ? You are taking 3 days to activate existing connection.Will be forced to switch to a diff provider
