    @4_ever_red @Airtel_Presence Do check if you have @OnSpectra available in your area. I'm having bad experience with airtel on all fronts. I'm living at the heart of my city and I don't even get mobile coverage of airtel. Ended up getting a jio sim

    @OnSpectra Spectra guys have taken request to downgrade plan to 250mbps as they knew they can't justify this speed which they are giving.. Yes they made money for one year without customer knowing they are being cheated

    @OnSpectra Am shifting from GK2 to Gurgaon and customer service exec told me that ur services are not feasible there. But I had paid for a YEAR’s service n still have 6 months to go, so I had asked for a refund n was informed tht as per company policy tht money wont be refunded!

    @OnSpectra can someone explain what's going on? Can't your guys understand this simple request of downgrading of plan, given in writing, explained in person to your sales guy (who incidentally dint even open service request)

    @OnSpectra Absolutely pathetic! People please don't be fooled. I reported an issue with slow speed almost a week back and all I keep hearing is some internal team is working on it. 100Mbps plan turned into 100kbps. If you are a working guy then please don't opt this. Will be slow for days.

    Your rep called. Had no clue about issue. Had to explain the issue again. Asked me to wait 7 days without giving any update. Your sales person promised connection in 2 days. No update yet. Please refund my money @jagograhakjago @OnSpectra

    What a poor internet provider you are @OnSpectra.Your internet connection doesn't work consecutively for even 4 days.. Why are we paying you such an hefty amount? For this nuisance? I want my internet re connected by today itself else I am changing it and throwing it away..
