    @hailschumi @OnSpectra Agree. I was supposed to get a new connection last Saturday and paid up promptly. On Saturday, the team coolly tell me that because I have an existing connection, they cannot install Spectra. Issued a service request, which was marked as completed, tho nothing had been done😡🤬

    @OnSpectra most horrible service. Don’t take even if they give it for free. With WFH all service providers are going all out to help and they are not bothered even after 5 days of calls. They buy time with 24hrs resolution X 5 days. Imagine.

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra I am tired and sick if your sugar coated responses. What was down for the last 3 SR’s raised on 9th, 11th, and 14th. It is just me in my entire building. Rest spectra connections are working fine.

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare Not sure how many times need remind you guys, to clear my doubt but unfortunately connecting to customer service also not gettin confirm ans. 1- As per surrender connection req Requested for final invoice bill till 12 aug date 2- no update so far, req
