    @onspectra Internet service by Spectra in South Delhi: there is frequent disruption in connectivity, once every fortnight on an average. Their 1800 support is often unavailable, MySpectra becomes unresponsive at the same time, so is the case with their WhatsApp contact.

    @TRAI @OnSpectra Please make sure not to cheat customer every day you have issues @TRAI please have a look for this service provider .Every often they do service interption without prior info .Which hampers for day to day routines.

    @OnSpectra they are creating a new benchmark in providing the worst internet services everyday. My advice to business owners to not depend on them. Account ID 224428
