    @OnSpectra my internet is disconnected and you sent me a wrong bill for payment. On raising tickets, no response since 5 days. This is the level of your service

    @OnSpectra Horrible Services ,Pathetic customer care Why do you take immediate action for a new connection and 20 days for a disconnection ? Why should 1 pay extra for that 20 days ? Where are your ethics on customer support??

    Folks in Delhi NCR - what's a broadband / leased line service that actually works? We have been with @OnSpectra for some time - but now the service has become beyond pathetic despite the high price & @OnSpectraCare doesn't listen. Today's episode may be hit due to no internet :(
