    @OnSpectra @onspectra It’s been more than 2 years but the story continues. Only mails, new tickets and then the auto closure of the tickets. But refund of security deposit - never!

    @OnSpectra today I called spectra for a leased line. Some gentleman named Hasan answered. He knew little English and had a listening problem, asking me to repeat. So I hung up. He called back, I said let it be. Can you guys please hire more professional people? Its a charged call

    @OnSpectra Pathetic service. We switched from another service provider to Spectranet. Worst part is that its very difficult to connect with customer service team.

    @OnSpectra My connection disconnected on 25th Jan 2022. My deposit yet to be refunded despite numerous followup. Customer service at its worst. Looks like there is no intention to refund.
