    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare Any ideas how a customer can get his security deposit refund. Sending mails and calling the customer care phone for last 2 years has not helped.

    @OnSpectra I have booked for new connection yesterday..and till now connection not installed. What a bad service CRN 2323135And Sales person Mr Shariff told me he can't install today...need one more day time...or else we can process the refund

    @OnSpectra already cancelled my connection. Returned modem and all dues were cleared. Why am I still getting email and sms about service request. SR22063438371. I didn't raise it. Is this fraud from Spectra. @jagograhakjago

    @thenidhii @OnSpectra Its useless ISP.. they have no standards for their customer orientation. You kept your point now change the ISP, if no other ISP available in your area.. change area.
