  Worst customer torcher from @OnSpectra. First they generate a quarter bill and then they send a barred service message. Service team has no clue,utter mismanagement. Fastest internet claim is also absolute hoax. Then service people arrogantly say first make payment then well talk

  @OnSpectra @onspectra It’s been more than 2 years but the story continues. Only mails, new tickets and then the auto closure of the tickets. But refund of security deposit - never!

  @OnSpectra your sevice levels have gone down drastically. I paid for a new connection on Saturday and it's Monday. 2 absolutely rubbish promises made by your sales and installation team. BTW, Iv been your customer since 4 years. @reliancejio Fiber is in my colony. Time to shift
