    @OnSpectra Such a hassle in retrieving the security deposit.Called customer care multiple times but I get no definite answer.If you charge penalty for payments made after due date, for sure customers should be provided the extra amount for delay in providing the security amount.

    Hey @OnSpectra My internet has been down since the evening. Your service team stated that the engineer will contact me around 10pm but I haven't received any calls from them. Plz can u check and get the issue resolved ASAP?

    @balli_singh516 @OnSpectra It's a practice from Spectra where they close request without customer confirmation. They put the call on hold never bother. Floor supervisor Avdesh doesn't know the phonetics and working in Support. Better move to ACT
