@OnSpectra I paid 7073 for new connection on 16 May. Not done yet. Poor response from salesperson, customer service and email support. Filed service request SR22053420895. No use at all. Return my hard earned money or declare that you can't do and keep my money.

@OnSpectra virtually impossible to lodge a "link down" complaint. I just could not. Kept interminably on hold. @OnSpectraCare
