@OnSpectra Am shifting from GK2 to Gurgaon and customer service exec told me that ur services are not feasible there. But I had paid for a YEAR’s service n still have 6 months to go, so I had asked for a refund n was informed tht as per company policy tht money wont be refunded!

@OnSpectra Fraud company. Raised multiple complaints but didn’t get response from team & to my surprise marking complaints as solved & stating that customer is not picking technician’s calls since days. You guys should be gutted and close down your company. #CustomerService

@OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra Promoting yourself to be the robust internet line doesn’t help. When the users are not even informed about the mass outage which occurred 2 hours back. Raised the ticket only to find my concern will be resolved max by 1 pm tomorrow.

@OnSpectra you guys fail to fix issues , charge on higher side and take prepaid charges . Your customer representative don't call back and on prepaid connection you want 15 days of notice period for disconnection ??
