@OnSpectra Guys it's really shameful that though I have paid till d end of d month but as soon as I informed you that I would not be renewing your services , you have immediately taken steps to bring my network to a halt ! I didn't even expect you to refund my money once I shift

@OnSpectra In the Era of Fast broadband i do not think Spectra stand anywhere . My problem is every month i have to do 10 complaint .Basic internet do not work.Forget about 1GB.

@OnSpectra I recently took a connection and paid for 6months however I’m not finding it feasible to work from home as my office laptop uses a VPN and I get a speed of 3 or 4mbps and I keep des connecting every 5 mins. I want to cancel the service and want a refund

@uditm I met with Mr Sumit Mishra escalation lead for buss cux. Trust me he is gem in your com . Rest fool us . He was working on my issue for 6 hrs going out of the box in night .spectra is losing customers you know it . Tip —Hire more like Sumit @OnSpectra

@OnSpectra #MakeLifeHorrible Anyone planning to switch to this provider here's a warning.. They make you pay up in advance and take forever for installation. They don't pick or return your calls. You need to keep running behind them for updates. Customer service is negative
