    @OnSpectra Your service ethic is a sham. I have been trying to get my service account reactivated for the last 5 days and all I get is a fake assurance that the matter will be resolved soon. I'm not just a dissatisfied customer but someone who fails to understand how you work.

    @OnSpectra it's been more than 3 day, my internet not working. Every time when I call for SR update,get new resolution time. SR has been escalated many times by customer service, although no one bother to resolve our issue.

    @OnSpectra Outage for the past 48 hrs in NIBM area of #Pune . A real shame if simple glitches can’t be rectified - speaks a lot about the competency of the engineers you employ. Furthermore, despite raising a complaint, absolutely no feedback? 48 hrs! Disappointing!

    @OnSpectraCare This doesn't stop. I have been coordinating with you on DM and with your various customer executives on phone. Still no resolution. Do companies like @OnSpectra not care about customer experience anymore!

    @OnSpectra Your services have deteriorated very fast .Your promised 1 Gbps promised speed is down to 2 Mbps with frequent disconnections.I have got @Airtel_Presence now.and it's so much better at half the price.

    @Airtel_Presence Recently switched to your Fiber connection but you seem to be even more incompetent than @OnSpectra . If you don't have technicians who can fix issues the same day, why are you in this business? Will have to find another vendor now.

    @OnSpectra This is not the correct marketing technique if a consumer is having some issues with its service provider. Adding @consumerforum_ to have a protocol and restraint firms to peep into consumer tweets.
