    @OnSpectra @uditm when we go for connection of Spectra fibre net it is done within 1 day but when you opt for disconnection I am told by your customer care team that it will take 15days and I will have to pay for that 15 days bill also…is this really justified? Why not in 1day?

    @OnSpectraCare Hi, the Internet hasn’t been working for a couple of hours now. No place in your app to raise a Service Request!! Your Customer care number doesn’t work either!! Can you help sort out the issue ASAP? @OnSpectra!

    @TheDeshBhakt @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare I paid or rather kept paying for Spectra for an year without service. First of all their service was pathetic for the lack of better words, they couldn’t withstand the wrath of the Internet Mafia in BLR 😬

    @RidimaAneja @OnSpectra I’ve had their connection for 4 years and mostly good. Maybe it’s the area .. I have a back up with another provider and that’s a terrible experience
