    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra Dear Customer,the expected time of resolution for the temporary connectivity issue in your area has been extended to 04/01/2020 12:00 PM.We regret the inconvenience caused. Team Spectra. As I said every day etr increase by couple of hours.

    @OnSpectra Hi my internet is not working properly since 2 days. I stay in pimple Saudagar area Pune. Tried contacting the customer care but due to the current scenario the waiting time is too long. Please look into the matter asap.

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra What 8s the update, I can't see this happening today, now am going to raise a complain in consumer forum portal very soon..you have not updated me as I said if you can't do today - process my refund..you are torturing customer mentally....
