    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra one of the worst service providers. Every month there has to be something or other. It’s been almost 6 months or more I guess. Never ever received 100 Mbps speed. It’s not even 70. Is tod what we subscribed for.

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra Dear Customer,the expected time of resolution for the temporary connectivity issue in your area has been extended to 04/01/2020 12:00 PM.We regret the inconvenience caused. Team Spectra. As I said every day etr increase by couple of hours.

    @OnSpectra One of the most fake internet Provider I have come across..Looting Money from customer and not providing services.Have taken 5500rs from me and not activated Broadband services, Provided faulty router and No help..@Airtel_Presence @JioCare @microscancomp @TRAI Help

    Hey @OnSpectra really horrible service. Internet not restored even after the scheduled time provided by you. Your helpline person keeps giving false assurance that it’ll be fixed soon. Happens every single time. This is just exceptionally bad

    @OnSpectra Please donot cheat ant customer anytime. To me you cheated at time of installation and again at the time of disconnection.. your service is good but your mentality to cheat customer is bad. People be aware of @OnSpectra

    @OnSpectra After the long standing debacle they seem to have just made it worse. I Keep having to explain what a Internet is to spectra and try to find newer ways to loop holes in their system to fix the problem myself. At this point this this feel like the deliberate than incompetence.

    @OnSpectra Hi I will like to bring you kind attention that i am facing frequent disconnection issue since almost a year now. Everytime I raise a complaint I am told to change the router. This router was provided bt spectra net. I have been chasing on emails but no response

    @OnSpectra Agreed by Customer Executive ( A/c No 139851) number of times for monthly bill of Rs 700/ you are harrassing a Sr Citizen Women sending frequently reminders for Rs 8134/92, taking up matter with IT Minister for necessary action

    @OnSpectra more thn 30 hours for a simple request, followed by 6 calls to call center. Still no sight of resolution. While in same time other networks like @airtelindia takes less than 2 hours to resolve. customer centericity is not important for @OnSpectra , please choose wisely

    @uditm I met with Mr Sumit Mishra escalation lead for buss cux. Trust me he is gem in your com . Rest fool us . He was working on my issue for 6 hrs going out of the box in night .spectra is losing customers you know it . Tip —Hire more like Sumit @OnSpectra

They will "escalate" and still the case will sit there. 18 days. UDMP has been factory defaulting itself. No real response.
