@OnSpectraCare What a poor customer service and arrogance. You have suspended my internet and asking me to pay though I have not used. All am asking is adjust bill so that I will be pay. You don't seem to be interested. Bye bye @OnSpectra. Am fed up. So moving to a different service provider.

@OnSpectra I am trying to reactivate my connection Customer ID - 206783 but I am asked to pay due. I have not used the connection. Mine is prepaid. Can there be due for pre-paid ? You are taking 3 days to activate existing connection.Will be forced to switch to a diff provider

@OnSpectra We have been facing service down since last four days. It is difficult to justify at office. With the current state, I guarantee of at least 50 customers switching in near future. After being customers for years, last few months have been frustrating. Pathetic months!

@OnSpectra -I am frustated with the kind of customer service I am getting from your team. They are not able to resolve simple billing issue and I spoke to more then 50+ ppl in last two months and more than 12 SR being created. Even corporate team is not able to help. 😡😡😡😡
