    @OnSpectra One of the most fake internet Provider I have come across..Looting Money from customer and not providing services.Have taken 5500rs from me and not activated Broadband services, Provided faulty router and No help..@Airtel_Presence @JioCare @microscancomp @TRAI Help

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra Team. The disconnect happened again and it has been in and off since 9 AM. I mean can somebody please fix it. This 4th time.

    @OnSpectra Hi my internet is not working properly since 2 days. I stay in pimple Saudagar area Pune. Tried contacting the customer care but due to the current scenario the waiting time is too long. Please look into the matter asap.

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra Dear Customer,the expected time of resolution for the temporary connectivity issue in your area has been extended to 04/01/2020 12:00 PM.We regret the inconvenience caused. Team Spectra. As I said every day etr increase by couple of hours.

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra I am tired and sick if your sugar coated responses. What was down for the last 3 SR’s raised on 9th, 11th, and 14th. It is just me in my entire building. Rest spectra connections are working fine.

    @uditm @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra Mr. Udit Mehrotra hope you see this and help. There has been no response. There has been frequent disconnects since 9th April. The frequency has increased to daily. Not sure if the fixes applied are permanent or temporary band aid ones.

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra one of the worst service providers. Every month there has to be something or other. It’s been almost 6 months or more I guess. Never ever received 100 Mbps speed. It’s not even 70. Is tod what we subscribed for.

    @OnSpectra SR 22073488140. Struggling past 4 days with ur customer service & support teams. I work from home & hence had taken premium plan for it. Internet is down past 4 days & every time the estimated resolution time extended by 6 hrs as it nears the given time. 1/2

    Folks in Delhi NCR - what's a broadband / leased line service that actually works? We have been with @OnSpectra for some time - but now the service has become beyond pathetic despite the high price & @OnSpectraCare doesn't listen. Today's episode may be hit due to no internet :(

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare Very very poor internet with too many service disruptions. I have to raise a service request every few days. Absolutely pathetic. Will consider shifting to another provider if this continues.
