    @OnSpectra My internet is not working, your helpline is not reachable, and your app is stuck in a loop where it refuses to let me submit a ticket and just keeps cycling between "Troubleshoot" and an error page saying "Oops! Something went wrong." Very poor customer experience.

    @OnSpectra @onspectra It’s been more than 2 years but the story continues. Only mails, new tickets and then the auto closure of the tickets. But refund of security deposit - never!

    @OnSpectra frequent internet outages in Gurgaon and unable to log a ticket through self help app as well. Been in a queue to speak with customer service rep for more than 5 mins. Not sure what kind of service we are paying for?!

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare : Seems getting a connection is fine, but a request to uninstall will get a ghosting. Not sure how and where to connect. REAL BAD @OnSpectra u also joined others in this league
