    I guess the most painful torture one can inflict upon oneself is to subscribe to @OnSpectra . Most pathetic service provider of the millennium.

    @OnSpectra I applied for a new internet connection (2320341) on 19 Dec. Was told that I will get it by 21 Dec. I still don't have the connection. No update from Spectra. Pathetic service. Please refund my money if you can't provide it. @jagograhakjago

    Close to 16hrs ~ no internet~ no calls ~ no visit from the service provider. Not sure what to do except raise tickets. Dealing with a bunch of dolts in the name of customer care. #internetdown #WFH #CustomerExperience @OnSpectra sucks

    @NetflixIndia and @OnSpectra , I really don't like watching 4k content at 360p while on wired ethernet. One of you needs to fix your service please.

    @4_ever_red @Airtel_Presence Do check if you have @OnSpectra available in your area. I'm having bad experience with airtel on all fronts. I'm living at the heart of my city and I don't even get mobile coverage of airtel. Ended up getting a jio sim

    @OnSpectra SR# SR21113234496 internet not working since yesterday. Customer service is of no good. They say the issue has been resolved when clearly it is not. Do u want to resolve the issue or u want me to take my business somewhere else???

    @OnSpectra pathetic service totally #unprofessional Struggling since a week but still no resolution. They send someone to check but have no clue on why internet stops working randomly. #spectra internet sucks

    @OnSpectra .. Don't you have a customer resolution team? Pathetic service, very poor response & why do your teams close service requests without even contacting the customer.. Spectra is spectacularly providing hopeless service

    @OnSpectra can someone explain what's going on? Can't your guys understand this simple request of downgrading of plan, given in writing, explained in person to your sales guy (who incidentally dint even open service request)

    @OnSpectra you guys fail to fix issues , charge on higher side and take prepaid charges . Your customer representative don't call back and on prepaid connection you want 15 days of notice period for disconnection ??
